Yes, I agree. I've never heard any other race refer to themselves as "Queens' or "Kings." I think it's because deep down they know they have short comings but don't want to swallow their pride or acknowledge them, so they'd rather just engage in confirmation bias of their narcisstic views. The second someone shows them even a little bit of attention, they feel like they're the kings of the world.
