If he's smart, he'll just take his pardon and silently walk away. But he is a Biden, so we shall see.
Interestingly, Father Joe may have jumped the gun, pun intended. A Presidential Pardon is normally given after someone is sentenced, and Hunter hasn't been sentenced yet.
So Trump couldn't pardon himself? Wouldn't that be a shame.
Let's see, Trump pardoned Joe Arpaio, Scooter Libby, Dinesh D’Souza, Clint Lorance and Matthew Golsteyn, Bernie Kerik, Michael Flynn, George Papadopoulos, Alex van der Zwaan, former Republican Reps. Chris Collins of New York, Duncan Hunter of California, and Steve Stockman of Texas, Blackwater war criminals Nicholas Slatten, Paul Slough, Evan Liberty, and Dustin Heard, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Charles Kushner, Steve Bannon, Elliott Broidy, Albert Pirro... All convicted, many for working or lying on Trump's behalf, but that doesn't necessarily mean you have to be, in order to be pardoned.
Oh, wait: In an 1866 case, Ex parte Garland, the Supreme Court settled the question of preemptive pardons:
"The Constitution provides that the President 'shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offences against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.'
The power thus conferred is unlimited, with the exception stated. It extends to every offence known to the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment. This power of the President is not subject to legislative control. Congress can neither limit the effect of his pardon, nor exclude from its exercise any class of offenders. The benign prerogative of mercy reposed in him cannot be fettered by any legislative restrictions."

@goaded Let's not forget. Biden has pardoned thousands. Specifically, he has pardoned 25 individuals and commuted 132 sentences during his presidency, according to data from the Justice Department. Plus, in 2022, he took executive action to pardon more than 6,500 people convicted of simple marijuana possession under federal and D. C. laws, a measure he expanded in 2023. Earlier this year, he also issued a blanket pardon for LGBTQ+ service members discharged from the military due to their sexual orientation or gender identity.
@Filthy_Immigrant You're insane. "documents he accused him of having"? THEY FOUND THEM! And he's on tape admitting that the national security documents he was showing some journalists hadn't been declassified, in his own words! Not to mention it was the DoJ, following up on legitimate complaints. WTF is wrong with you?
"... several material distinctions between Mr. Trump's case and Mr. Biden's are clear. Unlike the evidence involving Mr. Biden, the allegations set forth in the indictment of Mr. Trump, if proven, would present serious aggravating facts.
Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite. According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it. In contrast, Mr. Eiden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the investigation."

@AviatorTom is this guy even worth arguing with?
@Filthy_Immigrant He's the Republican appointed Special Counsel who wrote:

@Filthy_Immigrant "every little random thing seen on the internet" like court documents and official reports you mean? It was a Republican appointed Special Counsel who wrote:
Trump "not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it. In contrast, Mr. Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the investigation."

I'm not impressed by anyone who claims to believe Trump lies.
@goaded Einstein, have you ever thought that maybe the media lies? the documents that you find online with a simple web search are usually the ones that are rigged design to mislead the public.
"but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it."
complete horseshit, this is what democrats want the public to believe.
" In contrast, Mr. Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the investigation."
dude you gotta be a special kind of retard if you think Biden's act had any morality in that.
"I'm not impressed by anyone who claims to believe Trump lies"
I dont give a fuck what impresses you or not. and likewise I'm not impress by any loser who thinks people who oppose Trump can't lie either. so you can take your pdf and shove it up your ass and the fact that Trump still one the election despite all this nonsense should explain to you how wrong and delusional you are
@Filthy_Immigrant I'm watching you lie right now. It happens a hell of a lot on here. I finally had enough with two of you and blocked them.
Regardless, do you not understand that documents on https://www.justice.gov/ are not anything to do with the media? Once more: it was written by a Republican Special Counsel. I'd be surprised if you haven't used that exact same document to pretend it doesn't say things like the part I quoted.

@goaded I said it once and I'll say it again. when you come live in America and realize how fuck up this country has been under the Biden administration then you can dictate and assume who is lying all you want.
till then your opinion on my country does not matter and we will not lose any sleep over what you think. and do continue COPING by indulging in your pdf files like a true leftist moron
@goaded dude I live 3 hours away from NY plus I got family there. ironically I have an uncle who lives in Texas, a cousin who lives in Pennsylvania, an aunt and cousins who live in Florida and a nephew who is stationed in California. so plenty about my country, Einstein!
and it doesn't matter where you live, every 50 states follow the same political system, mr genious and you WISH you know anything about my country hence why you are so obsessed with our politics but sorry princess, you're not gonna learn SHIT about another country reading propagandas and whatever the fuck it is that you consider "source." smartass, I live here I dont need to look up any sources to know shit about my country, my experience here speaks loud enough
you also have to first go to that country yourself and see how things operate there and trust me, if you come here you will be bitching more than Hitler himself when you realize that you have to work more than 1 job today in order to afford a living thanks to Joe Biden
and if Trump is a crook then I wonder why he won both the popular and electoral votes without cheating the election like the democrats did in 2020
so I know plenty about my country, Einstein!*
@goadedJesus you just can't stop projecting, can you?
once again I live in America! everything I've said is based on my experiences as a citizen of the USA, so no I'm not the one lying my ass off. you in the other hand shouldn't be talking, you dont know shit about my country, you dont live here and you probably never laid a foot in our land.
so far everything you've said is nothing but shit you find browsing the internet like a lowlife that were most likely written by leftists elites to convince people outside of America that Biden is the good guy because he has destroyed our economy and puts all the other nations first, because after all its you people in Europe that benefit from America being weak and can't stand that Trump wants to reverse that by putting America first and not letting you losers in Europe suck on our tits for free
@Filthy_Immigrant So you know nothing about Washington, Minnesota, Hawaii, Alaska... except for what you read, just like me. The difference is that I can recognise when I'm being lied to.
"cheating the election like the democrats did" Lie.
"any loser who thinks people who oppose Trump can't lie". Stupid lie.
""but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it."
complete horseshit, this is what democrats want the public to believe." Another stupid lie. It's what a Republican prosecutor wrote.
etc., etc..
@goaded no retard! America is a country not a continent. all 50 states operate under the same political sytem. and if you were able to recognize when you are being lie to you wouldn't be here sounds as stupid as you have for the past 24 hours.
""cheating the election like the democrats did" Lie."
wtf you know Einstein, the pandemic was created for a reason, and it was to justify the use of mail in votes
""any loser who thinks people who oppose Trump can't lie". Stupid lie."
yeah cause the people who oppose trump are worship a religion that prevents them from lying.
"""but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it."
complete horseshit, this is what democrats want the public to believe." Another stupid lie. It's what a Republican prosecutor wrote."
yeah because a republican can't lie either and you talk like ALL republicans are siding with Trump, Jesus dude what is your IQ? 25?
@Filthy_Immigrant I don't know where you get the idea I ever suggested that states don't all "operate under the same political sytem", you seem to have made that up out of thin air, along with the idea I ever said "people who oppose Trump can't lie". (It's also arguably not true, since states run their own elections. and have their own rules about who's eligible to vote.)
LMAO at someone accusing me of propagandising who says nonsense like "the pandemic was created for a reason".
@goaded you did by claiming that if I live in NY I won't know what going on in Texas and many other horseshit like if America was a continent and not a country. and yes you are literally implying that Trump is a crook just because you found some random shit online on him written by someone who happens to be a republican; like wtf dude? how can you judge someone based on some random shit online? and what difference does it make if he was republicans? republicans have corrupted members too hence why I asked if you knew what a RINO was.
and no Einstein, states do not run their OWN election. all 50 states had the option of voting for Trump or Kamala and all vote under the same rules
and yea everyone here in American already knows that covid19 was a PLANDEMIC to rob Trump's chances of getting reelected, hence why Fauci is under trial. the only dumbasses who still believe it was a pandemic are democrats and leftists rejects like you who dwell on the LIES they been told to believe
@Filthy_Immigrant What I was saying is that if you live in New York, you probably don't know more about Texas (or Alaska, or Hawaii) than I do because you only know what you read. You might have intimate personal knowledge of a couple of states, not all 50.
I'm not "implying that Trump is a crook", that's a fact. It's also not "some random shit online", it's a special counsel investation report into mishandling government documents by Biden (it also said they found no evidence that Biden had intentionally kept them). It explains the massive differences in the two cases.
States do not all run their elections the same. If Trump had been convicted in Florida rather than New York, he would not have been entitled to vote in his own election. That's Florida's rule, New York's is different.
And, no, your idiot friends online are not "everyone".
@goaded again it doesn't matter how big your country is, the whole USA follows the same political and economical system so it doesn't matter where the fuck you are in a country. political and economical issues affect the whole entire country. and for the millionth time WHAT I SAY ABOUT AMERICA IS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE LIVING HERE, I DONT NEED TO READ SHIT IN ORDER TO KNOW WHAT GOES DOWN IN THE COUNTRY I LIVE IN.
"I'm not "implying that Trump is a crook", that's a fact."
not a FACT! you think its a fact because you are leftist dumbass and wants to believe he is because you are intimidated by his actions. and who gives a fuck about the fucking documents, that its the past now and nobody cares. he still going in office this January whether you like it or not and this alone proofs that he is not a crook.
"States do not all run their elections the same. If Trump had been convicted in Florida rather than New York, he would not have been entitled to vote in his own election. That's Florida's rule, New York's is different."
no moron, that is not how elections here work, no state has more authority over the election than others. during an election all 50 states have to vote for the candidates that their party chose. so stop trying to tell me how the fuck MY COUNTRY works. you dont live here and you dont know shit. what you read in the internet is not reality
"And, no, your idiot friends online are not "everyone"
who said anything about friend on the internet? do you think I'm lowlife like you who spends 80% of his life online? I got real friends and they sure as fuck live here in the same country as I do so you are the true idiot who now thinks he knows more about other people's countries just because he endulges himself on the bullshit he reads on the internet 24/7
@Filthy_Immigrant It's a fact that Trump's a crook because he's been convicted in a court of law 34 times over, plus there's all the lawsuits he's lost, e. g. the Trump University fiasco, the evidence from the other court cases he managed to run the clock out on...
OK, so can convicted felons vote in Florida? How about New York? Mississippi?
My apologies, your idiot friends are not "everyone".
@goaded dude @AviatorTom and almost everyone in this site have already told millions of times that these cases were not just dropped but were all staged. the fact that you keep using FAKE NEWS as evidence to back up your arguments just shows how dense, retarded and demented you are
"OK, so can convicted felons vote in Florida? How about New York? Mississippi?"
we were talking about the candidates who were running from president, the people who are allow to vote how nothing to do with who is running for president, Einstein
"My apologies, your idiot friends are not "everyone""
my idiot friends live here in the same country as I and know more about our country then you ever will. I'm pretty sure this cancer itches you a lot because in the end of the day our experiences here are a lot closer to reality than your "evidence" you read 24/7 in your computer monitor.
@goaded oh look the dumbass who keeps supporting the worst and most corrupted president in US history who has fucked up the economy, forced medical mandates on us, allows lgbtq faggots in our elementary schools, has sent 200 billions of our hard earn tax money to Ukraine to fight a war we are not part of, have people working more than one job to afford a living is calling me a MASOCHIST.
oh that's right, that's probably cause this same dumbass does not know what we are going through cause he lives in GERMANY and is brainwashed by all the leftist propaganda the left throws at but he is too stupid to realize it.
seriously dude, you must really be trolling huh?
@Filthy_Immigrant 100% projection all the way. You'll refuse to believe actual facts from a report that I'm sure you've praised for other things it said, preferring to believe known crooks and liars.
Trump's administration is trying to transfer government gold reserves into Bitcoin, FFS, and you think they're looking out for you?
@goaded I'm getting tired of feeding the lowlife trolls. till then If Trump’s a crook then we sure as fuck are happy with such crook! he gave us the lowest unemployment in history, energy independence, historic tax cuts, peace deals like the Abraham Accords, and making peace with Russia and North Korea. Meanwhile, the only 'evidence' you got against him is foreign media garbage recycled by leftist narratives desperate to paint him as a villain for putting America first and cutting off the global free ride.
Speaking of which—how’s your president, Mr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier? Oh, wait, I forgot: if he actually cared about Germany the way Trump cares about America, you wouldn’t have so much free time to obsess over our politics.
And like every other leftist hypocrite, you’ve got nothing to say about Biden’s shady foreign dealings with Hunter, the White House cocaine mystery, or Hillary’s email scandal—but you’re still hung up on Trump’s fake cases that were dismissed in court. Cute.
Let’s face it—you’re just salty because Trump actually kept America strong and independent from the globalist policies your country and the rest of Europe are stuck under. While you crumble, we thrive.
So do yourself a favor: keep my president’s name and my country out of your mouth, and go fix your own mess."
@goaded Awwww, did my facts hit a nerve? Cute deflection, but if we’re spreading things, I think you’ve got a confetti cannon full of half-baked assumptions about what I think. For the record, I’m fully aware the U. S. isn’t the only country with birthright citizenship—about 30 others have it. Difference is, we actually enforce ours without relying on globalist handouts to keep the lights on.
But hey, thanks for proving my point about foreign media twisting everything. You’re so stuck on regurgitating nonsense, you didn’t even bother addressing any of my actual points. Typical. Now, take a breather before you hurt yourself trying to keep up
@Filthy_Immigrant You wouldn't know a fact if you tripped over it. Typically, you're praising Trump for what Obama or Biden did. That and Gish Galloping lies.
Do you really think the US was at war with Russia and North Korea? No? Then how can you "make peace" with them? The Trump tax cuts mostly went to the rich and exploded the deficit. Not one case against Trump was dismissed because he wasn't guilty, and he was convicted 34 times over by a jury in a verdict that still stands.
"I’m fully aware the U. S. isn’t the only country with birthright citizenship", good, so you're also aware that Trump's been lying about that simple fact for nearly a decade.
@goaded swinging for the fences with this one, aren’t you?
1st calling my points ‘Gish Galloping’ is cute, but throwing buzzwords around doesn’t make you smart. It makes you desperate to dismiss what you can’t refute.
2nd Obama or Biden did what exactly? Last I checked, Biden’s ‘achievements’ include skyrocketing inflation, higher gas prices, and foreign policy blunders like Afghanistan. Obama? Sure, let’s thank him for giving us eight years of economic stagnation and military decline. Meanwhile, Trump delivered energy independence, historic peace deals, and lower unemployment. Those aren’t opinions—they’re numbers. But keep pretending all the leftist propaganda you read online have taught you more about America than living here ever could.
3rd the U. S. wasn’t ‘at war’ with Russia or North Korea, genius. That’s not the bar for making peace. Trump opened dialogue and reduced tensions with leaders your beloved globalists couldn’t even get on the phone. That’s called leadership, something your country might want to take notes on.
tax cuts? Newsflash: when you cut taxes, people who pay the most taxes (i. e., the rich) get the biggest cuts. Shocking, right? But even so, they helped middle-class Americans and boosted the economy, which was booming until, oh yeah, Biden took over.
about Trump’s cases—nice try, but you’re conveniently ignoring how most of them were politically motivated, dismissed, or flat-out nonsense (remember ‘Russia collusion’? LOL). You want to talk convictions? Let’s chat about Hunter Biden’s shady laptop, Hillary deleting emails, or the mystery cocaine in the White House. Any comment? Thought so.
Lastly, Trump never claimed the U. S. is the only country with birthright citizenship. He criticized it as a flawed policy we don’t need anymore. Big difference, but I get it—it’s hard to argue when you’re this out of your depth.
Now, go back to Googling ‘how to argue with Americans.’ Maybe you’ll find something useful this time.
Colombia's GDP will increase by 2 points and Hennessy distillery shares will increase by 20 USD in next weeks.
Why shouldn't he?
He's been given a literal "get out of jail card" against fellow felon Trump.
The new way the Biden crime family fucked America again. The pardon covers 10 years so any unknown crimes discovered no matter what can't be prosecuted. His brother and the rest of the crime family are next for a blanket pardon. Senile enough to be President, but too senile to be prosecuted what a crock of shit!!
🤣
Very good.
Truthfully, I don’t think he is celebrating… He is more like “thank you Dad for getting me off the hook”. I already said my opinion on this topic and don’t feel like sounding a broken record lol.
Dunno, don't care, he is a shit stain just like his dad
😅 hehe, I doubt it's very noticeable to him. He's unaware that he has a daughter that goes ignored by him and his parents even.
Ohh he'd be partying hard , doing coke on the back of hookers , bit of meth ( ice ), heeps of booze , enough to put him out for a week.
If his pardon isn’t for the rest of his life. He will do something that will land in in jail. Whenever daddy can’t save his A$$.
I heard mention that civil cases against Hunter are still on the table?
Nice clip from the movie “True Romance “ , lol, might be how he is celebrating 🥳 but he better not get in anymore trouble since daddy won’t be able to pardon him again

...
Probably high as a kite and asking his dad for a couple million $$$.
It’s going to be a law abiding sober weekend for the smartest man Joe knows.
yea, but unfortunately his underage sex slaves aren't.
He probably smoking crack with a sex worker
probably getting ready to OD as we type.
@exitseven sad but true.
Of course! Wouldn't you?
I’m sure he is.
I would be!
