Quite a vague question so will do my best interpreting. I’m presuming you mean posting questions on this site, talking about those of us who reply to your questions, if that’s incorrect ignore the rest of this answer.

Bit confusing, either they’re being calm and polite or they’re using the kind of language that isn’t classy that indicates ‘low quality people’, unless of course you’ve gone on the attack for their opinion, in which case people will often resort in kind. All bets can be off at that point.

You could take some comfort in that people take the time to share their opinion with you on your question, even the ones who disagree with you and give you a reason why, sort of care, even if perhaps their choice of words is to most people blunt or worse.

Being defensive is such a natural instinctual reaction, we have to be willing to put aside if we want to see how others see us and how we can improve.

Of course, some people may just use the site for entertainment and troll for laughs, not taking it seriously, which is annoying but that’s the freedom of the internet, ignore those and move on.
