I've had friends like this. Had. They seemed to get pleasure from ruining relationships, starting rumors about other girls, and accusing guys of imaginary stuff. I knew I would become the target one day, so they got unfriended IRL. At least five I can think of.

Absolutely, I've met a few of them. I asked one of them why they do it, and they explained that they enjoy seeing people suffer, that it’s funny to watch someone who liked their life suddenly have things ripped away from them, making them miserable.

Just had a flashback to a family member that tried to make a toddler fall into a swimming pool, and when I yelled at this person, they said "I wanted to see what would happen." Psychopathy type of shit. Just like the person you described. Or maybe it's just some kind of sadism.

I asked the question because someone on Twitter tried to tell me that the person we were arguing about would never try to ruin someone's life "just because." Which I think is wrong, but also disingenuous because this same person admitted to certain prejudices against the other person's identity group AND having a personal disgust of this individual person.

they can't stand when non-feminist women are happy with their lives, they can't stand when the men they don't approve of existing are happy with their lives, they can't stand the existence of children who aren't aborted or been indoctrinated
