No. I'm saying good ones don't exist. The "good ones" are ones that aren't malicious and aren't focusing on you in a bad way. We genuinely don't care and can't empathize with people 99% of the time. If you were a friend of mine offline and told me your entire family died, it would stir the same feeling I'd get if you told me you broke your toaster during breakfast.

Now, that's not to say we can't feel things. We can and do. It's just much much harder and not natural to us

Not quite. Usually it's based in trauma or natural issues from birth. It has little to do with self interest, than physical ability
