I don't think that's unique to one side. I think the further you drift from the centre the more violence you see. What makes the right troublesome is their love of guns and the belief they have a right to use them as they see fit. You teach Americans a gun keeps them from being oppressed, keeps the authorities in check, gives them freedom etc so are you really surprised when an individual thinks hey it's time to shoot up a school and be a hero?

We also tend to see more of a mob mentality on the right and that reduces their perception of individual responsibility. You saw that during the riots at capital Hill and the ones in the UK last year where a mob marched through a neighbourhood smashing the windows of every black house.

Because they are hypocrites. They fight for fetuses to be born, but are ready to kill with guns with people. They storm capitol buildings when they don't get their way. They represent the Proud Boys, The KKK, and White Nationalists. They admire Trump, racist without a doubt, who admires Hitler, Putin, and Kim Yung Un. And the people who support him, think just like him. They are self-righteous racists who think they can control women. They were not ready for a Black/Indian woman because they prefer a bigoted misogynistic felon who has broken the law and mistreated women for years. That's who they like.

daniel penny was trained in th emilitary, he was in a state of concern and saw fear in the others so took action. most people in nyc won't take action.

kyle rittenhouse took action to protect property. when attacked... by a violent crazy person, he resorted to stronger violence after trying to escape. following that was confusion as other prone to violence left people mis interpreted the threat and attacked him, in which he defended himself with more violence.

one might consider the training is the issue. If DP had just left the jesuit priesthood, I doubt he'd do what he did as he did. If he was better trained in military police, maybe hed got a less lethal hold.
