Most definitely! People can be radically different, depending on the season of life they are in. Someone who knew me 4 years ago wouldn't recognize me today. And 2020 me was a pretty different guy than the me from 4 years before that. People's life experiences leave marks on them.

It depends what kind of behaviour you are referring to, but I think most do.

Everybody changes over time. But people seldom change at thier core. So if someone's behavior changes it most likely they didn't change you just never really knew who they were.

Absolutely it does cause people change and what they want in life changes as well
