Will Luigi Mangione's alleged actions actually change anything that he took issue with (cost of healthcare etc)?

Luigi Mangione is the suspected killer of that healthcare insurance CEO. In Luigi's manifesto, he cited frustrations with the profit making machine known as US health care, making billions at the detriment of American citizens.

Luigi is obviously likely going to go to prison for life.

But will his actions actually change anything or was it all for nothing?
