Was he radicalised? Did he have a mental breakdown? Or was he simply just a spoiled rich kid who threw a tantrum?
Was he justified in taking a life?
Thoughts?

He was more than sufficiently intelligent so that he "took the red pill" about American capitalism and healthcare. He decided to give up his life for a greater cause which is bringing awareness or, better, unleashing the fury of the American public towards America's healthcare system.
I won't say he is a hero. And I don't think that UHC CEO deserved his murder. However, it will be good if he did not die in vain and that positive changes in healthcare system happen.
As for "radicalization", he learned from history and society. Soldiers who taught to give their lives to their country as it is their patriotic duty. This is how Luigi felt. However he was also influenced by other figures from history who made heroic sacrifices. For instance, the Unabomber and Mr Spock in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.
Fuck life, seriously. Why is it that Americans are so shocked that head of a corporation that's so obviously corrupt and hostile to regular people being shot is something worth to talk about?
Radicalised? Only think I see as radical is these neoliberal servile attitude
No opinion yet. I'm letting it develop because people talk a lot yet know nothing.

I think he's an overprivliged kid who's used to getting his way. When he hurt his back that was probably the first time his parents probably couldn't buy him what he wanted (good health). So he took it out on the insurance company. It actually surprises me he didn't off the doctor that performed his surgery as well.
What went wrong is that United Health Care and Brian Thompson decided that selling insurance to people and then denying their health care claims was a good way to make even more money.
In doing so, they made the wrong guy angry, and he shot and killed Brian.
He grew up in a society which doesn't value lives, only profit. No wonder he also choose this way for his actions.
Nancy Pelosi set him up to eliminate Brian Thompson who was gonna expose her
who needs heroes when villains can take each other out for each other?
He was kit justified. Whether or not he should have been covered theer was no intent to harm from the CEO. He was not the one who actually denied coverage. The company he ran did.
Be exposes the evil of the left by glorifying him and tolerating these who do.
Guys rich himself
Why are the rich, shooting the rich now?
I think he was radicalized in college.
He’s an idiot.
All of the above.
