It's equally wrong in the public eye.

But...

The legal system hasn't stepped up to the idea that women can be just as bad as men. Lessor punishments for the same crimes... the assumption that the kids are better off with them... et cetera.

The result is that while both genders can do the same crime, the male will get the worst of it.

Society is transitioning faster than the legal system. Is what it is. So meanwhile... she can cheat for no reason and he'll get blamed for her cheating while if he did it... he's just such a scummy cheating man.

Then there are people that get mad about some people speaking up (like I'm doing right now) that say, "Hey, wait a minute... it's wrong no matter who does it." They're stuck in the past when women didn't have the choice or much of the ability to do the same shit. Most of the general expectations are only out there to control the male population. Well guess what... the women are off the leash. And they're just as bad with less control.
