Why do you believe a president could have this kind of power? This is a social problem. Even the government programs that led to this, like welfare, child support, alimony and males not having a right to child custody, are problems that would take decades to fix. At best, if Trump worked flawlessly, he could reverse the trends. Then, it takes generations for the new trends to have a significant impact.

He won't work flawlessly though. If he cares enough to try, he'll be blocked by hate groups and political opponents. The best you can hope for is a plateau. This country is fucked though. Figure out which BRICS country you want your grandkids to immigrate to, and start learning the language yourself.
