How do we stop the high divorce rate in America?

It’s too high. The crime and addiction rate will be too high from kids being exposed to things they shouldn’t. It’s a big problem, and I’m not comfortable with our high divorce rate even as someone who plans on being single, and childless for life.

well by strengthening the family values and reinstating gender roles. "non binary" people won't have children. cause they can't grasp the idea of biological sex. so we should stop confusing people with these crazy ideologies and get back to reality. like these crazy sexualities should be a side note in the public eye and we should all validate and praise families that actually sucessfully rise children instead of praising idiots who fuck around in dog costumes in public all day.

another thing is: women should not be granted the unfair advantages in case of a marriage anymore. we live in equality now. there is no good reason for a woman to get half of the mans shit when she has a job and she had the freedom to pursue a career. if you take the unfair advantage away from women, they will stop divorcing men. 70% of divorces are initiated by women so that would help a great deal.

It's very simple. It's not 1950 anymore and the legal system should treat women equally to men rather than give special treatment.

The divorce rate will continue to be high as long as women are rewarded financially for divorce with alimony, child support and half the guy's wealth.

Look at it this way a woman can work and earn good money like anyman but maybe she doesn't want to work a job she dislikes doing long hours so she can work a nice easy "spiritually rewarding" job and her income is subcisidized by her ex husband with child support, life long alimony, half his wealth, a piece of his pension and maybe she kept the house. Meanwhile she's free to lead a very good lifestyle partying and dating various other men.

Imagine someone told you that the law was going to top up your income by 30-60%. That is why divorce is so high.

The current divorce rate is the lowest that it has been since the early 1970's.

Here's what needs to be done:

First and most importantly end No-fault divorce. If a woman cheats, refuses to put out, or just decides to leave because she's "bored" or "not happy" she gets nothing, no assets, no alimony, no custody, NOTHING.

Make 50/50 child custody the default.

All abuse allegations made in court MUST have supporting evidence like a police or medical report otherwise it's an automatic perjury charge.

Child support can only be spent on approved items or services like food, school supplies, or medical care like a WIC or EBT card; if a woman is caught using it to by makeup, hair, nails, etc. she is immediately charged with fraud, loses all custody, and becomes ineligible for it future child support.

It's all about social economics. How can we maintain strong bonds when majority of our waking hours is working for disembodied companies? At the same time how do we meet a level of financial security without being apart frok our families? The game was rigged from the start.

One way to do it actually being done. Less people are getting married. The problem with that is that there are a lot more kids being born out of wedlock. They are more likely to grow up in poverty and wind up in prison

Advocate for two parent families, children within wedlock, lots of children, and marriage.

Make divorce and single parent socially unacceptable and stop the government making it viable financially and funding biased courts.

Studies show that the children benefit. And more stable adults leads to a better workforce and more taxation. So everybody benefits.
