Why is law enforcement in America the best?

Police in America certainly are the best. They're quick at de-escalating situations, they respond fast to calls, solve a lot of crimes. They use tasers rather than guns. If they have to use a gun, they go for a non-fatal area whether the person is armed or not. They ask questions rather than shoot.

They don't falsify or plant evidence. They don't demonstrate bias when on duty.

That being said, I have great respect for anyone who chooses law enforcement as a career.

Many of them are brutal and corrupt as hell. Law enforcement where I live is pretty good with one department, and non-existent with the other. Many countries have much better police.
