From a purely look’s perspective, we’re black women generally seen as more attractive in America today or in the 1950’s, even if unspoken?

I have reason to believe that more people per capita (specifically referring to white men) found black women attractive back then. I believe this was for some reasons:

- Black women styled their hair differently back then (Look up black women in 1950’s)

- Tight-knit communities (even among European descendants) like Irish being connected to Irish communities

- Perceptions of societal disruptions if black people and white people were to interact in certain ways due to beliefs in ways of life being tied to races
