According my opinion, humanity as a whole is still in a very immature stage, which is the reason for all those silly, stupid and useless wars raging in so many places around the world.

On the other hand, modern medias in general tend to keep people in an immature mental state by diverting their attention from more essential things in real life.

You’re only 24, I imagine if you were made to act more mature than your peers from a young age (something that is always the case for women bc that stuff gets shamed and hammered out of them whereas most boys are permitted to do the opposite bc “boys will be boys” etc.) then you’re naturally going to see those socialization differences as you enter adulthood proper. Recognizing that other people had better childhoods than you is not pleasant

Mostly a volume va quantity problem. The immature ones constantly draw attention to themselves and are impulsive/get into online arguments often so get more attention.


Though it depends what demographic you’re talking about, there might be more specific reasons if we look closer.

Still undoing all the stuff that other generations considered the right thing, leaving their descendants questioning their own position and unable to fill in gaps that never made sense anyway.
We're all immature in a way, in the eyes of another anyway. Some people just learn to recalibrate their way of being to regain their own authority, while others enjoy the simplicity of staying glued to the familiarity.

If you look at people over 30 you'll find more mature people.
But mature people prefer to remain silent most of the time, especially on topics that attract lots of youth.
