They are too busy being the call center for United States companies. I think every customer support center and helpline in that country goes to places in India where labor is super cheap. I know many Americans are annoyed at this because the Indians speak poor English. It sucks if you are in an emergency and call for help, only to get an Indian who barely understands you.
They don’t pick up the call
Sadly, it doesn't surprise me. I visited India once with my dad. It was awful! If you venture outside of the cities just a little, you will see markets where extremely poor people are selling off theie daughters. 😭
Yes it’s true. I’d suggest to avoid visiting alone. It isn’t safe
