I always thought it was ironic how the people who know least about guns refuse to listen to the people who know the most about them. Most anti-gunners know absolutely nothing about guns, not even basic terminology.

Nope it's a stupid comparison. Guns are the MEANS by which people kill. A car isn't designed to be driven drunk, that's why we don't let drunks drive. But a gun is designed with one purpose, to kill. So why give people who want to kill the perfect killing tool?
