Yes, I realize that Tik Tok was instrumental in helping him get elected and he thinks 50% stake in the company is a good deal. In most cases it would be. The problem in allowing China to keep 50% stake means that they have access to any data that they can gather,
not entirely. but the jews don't like social media that don't control against people they control. it's very simple. so they said let us buy it or you're gone. if you don't like that "narrative", even elon said he was prepared to buy it, but they couldn't let that happen
Wait to see who benefits if tiktok gets banned or sold and then you will understand what it was really all about.
Maybe but I give you an example. Tiktok stock has probably plummeted after the announcement so say someone like musk, Zuckerberg or bezos comes along and buys up huge portions of its stock and Trump blocks the ban by executive order, how much money would they make? Or the opposite way say they guys own stocks in the rival tiltok platforms and Trump upholds the ban on tiktok again billions would be made.
Sounds like political influence and leadership.
Why worry about tiktok spying on you when Trumps selling state secrets to Russia and China anyway.

And make sure you plaster your name all over it.
That usually means it was a distraction from something else that's going on.
Wait, wut? MAGA got played AGAIN?
No. Trump is opposed to the faction that wants to ban TikTok. He wants to broker a deal that both sides can live with.
@goaded but then he changed his mind. Right?
@goaded or maybe he legitimately believes TikTok is less of a national security risk than Biden thinks it is.
Again, it was Trump declared they were a national security risk in 2020, before he lost to Biden.
Here are bills Republicans introduced in 2020:
S.3455 No TikTok on Government Devices Act Sponsor: Hawley, Josh [Sen.-R-MO] (Introduced 03/12/2020)
H. R.6896 No TikTok on Government Devices Act Sponsor: Buck, Ken [Rep.-R-CO-4] (Introduced 05/15/2020)
They're actually not unreasonable, apart from targetting just TikTok when Twitter and Facebook, etc., are just as bad for security. Government devices should not be running non-government approved software anyway.
@goaded people can change their minds in four years
We have a law on the books. Ban it. The free market will fill the void...
Is there anything Trump does that isn't a grift?
