Kind of appropriate given the actual pronouns are "he", "she" and "it".
You can call yourself a three spirit penguin from Mars and claim pronouns of xre/xrs. It doesn't mean I have to buy into that delusion.
If you're anorexic and 15kg I'm never going to agree you're "fat". That's no different.
There are two sexes, MALE and FEMALE. If you want to be really into the issue then medically under 1% of the population have genetic abnormalities that are referred to as "intersex".00 Reply

1 yYes, only two genders exists, which are male and female. Whether or not a person is considered male or female is based on intended reproductive roles, which is purely scientific, not a "social construct." If your intended reproductive role is to carry developing offspring and give birth, then you are considered female. If your intended reproductive role is to produce the germ cell to enable the female to give birth, then you are considered male. Your sex chromosomes, which are 46, XX for females and 46, XY for males, ensure that you develop the gonads and genitals in utero to carry out such roles when you reach a certain age. Because only two possible intended reproductive roles exist, at least in humans, humans can only be male or female.

Gender is a social construct.
Sex is a biological marker based on chromosomes. Variations on sex chromosomes i. e XXX, XXY, XYY are common occurrences between 1 in 400 and 1 in 1000 births have these variations.
If gender isn't a social construct then why perform surgeries on intersex babies (yes babies) to make their genitalia look more like one or the other?
If gender isn't a social construct then why do we label women who want to wear masculine clothing as tomboys? Why do we label men who like to wear makeup as girly?
If gender isn't a social construct then why is there variations on "gender normative" roles in different cultures and in different mammals?

Asker1 yBro you still a girl even if you dress in masculine clothes. Masculine clothes and design to fit the male body and feminine clothes are designed to fit the female body.
There's only 2 genders. Male and female. Intersex is a defect and transgenderism is a mental disorder.Gender and sex are one and the same thing, you have a penis you are 100% boy when you had been given birth in to the world, same for vagina.
If a girl ware boy clothes she is still a girl, same for a boy who ware girl clothes. Because of social norms the girl will be judge less then boys for wearing the opposite gender/sex clothes. Girls will be ok, but guys will be call crazy people with mental problems (witch is true).
Should i treat a guy like a girl just because he pretend to be one? (dressed and acting like one, in a very good way).
This is the gender theory that you talk about witch is a nonsense. There are more brave, dominant, bossy girls and also shy, cowardly, over sensitive guys/boys, but that is a state of mind/psychology and life experience.- 1 y
Reading comprehension is not strong amongst ye
Asker1 yYou're deluded. We live in reality.
- 1 y
No I live in reality which is not pretending people don't exist because I don't understand. 🙃
- 1 y
You know a person is a man or a woman by looking at their outward appearance NOT their genitalia.
who say people don't exist, is not about existence, is about reality of identification
- 1 y
Transgenderism have and always will exist. Making it illegal, vilifying and denying people treatment (gender conformation is treatment) will not change that fact.
Intersex people have and will always exist. Reducing them to a defect is just inhumane. They are people who deserve to be recognized.
Asker1 y@smashingdoozy I didn't say they didn't exist, I said they are suffering from a mental disorder. Transgenderism is a mental disorder. You have a reading comprehension problem. 💀
Asker1 yI didn't say the were a defect. I said they have a defect. Wow you really have a reading comprehension problem. 💀💀💀
There are indeed people who have the right to be recognized and to be given the opportunity to access public or private health services.
But when you have a prostate or a uterus, it is the absolute barrier of anatomical science and the identification of the person as a boy or a woman.
Transgenders are men and/or women who claim to be the opposite sex but cannot break the barriers of science.
A woman could never have a penis with functional testicles, nor a man a vagina and uterus to have a period or give birth to a baby.
Therefore, we are playing the circus. But we live in a democracy and respect human rights including the right to life and free expression and THOUGHT.- 1 y
Having a genetic variation doesn't make you any less than anyone else. Talking about it like "it's just a defect" as if they are don't deserve to feel like they have a group to belong to. It would literally be like if you said well no you can't be categorized as having blue eyes because that's a genetic variation therefore not the normal.
There was a woman with purple eyes Elizabeth Taylor, genetically speaking it was indeed impossible, but until this person was created naturally, the barrier of black, brown, blue and green eyes was absolute.
If a person were born who would develop lactating breasts or only breasts, at least 18 years old, who may or may not have an Adam's apple and a functional penis (with or without a prostate), then we could classify that person as the first trans person.
The example can be made in reverse a person who would be born with or without a prostate, but would have another reproductive organ that would allow the multiplication of the species through a form of reproduction (possibly a vagina) but which does not obey the same biological, physiological and biochemical laws, we could also talk about another Trans case.
We need acta non verba/acts no words for the true creation of Trans. We need to discover aliens in order to certify them they exist, same with Trans (is just an example with aliens, no offense)- 1 y
@Alexandrubaschet08 you are confused about what transgenderism is.
Transgenderism is a general term that refers to a gender identity or gender expression that differs from the sex assigned to a person at birth. Transgender individuals may feel that their gender identity – meaning their personal sense of being male, female, or another gender – does not align with the biological sex assigned at birth.
Am I wrong?- 1 y
@Alexandrubaschet08 correct. But what you described before is intersex. Poorly described but it seems you are implying someone with sex organs from both sexes would be someone who is truly transgender. (In reality they are intersex)
I would ask you to read my first comments again.
I said that there are girls who are more dominant, more boyish, brave and bossy and also boys who are more cowardly, too sensitive, obedient and this does not change anything the sex/gender which are one and the same.
Personality is what makes them different.
Definition: Personality refers to the set of behavioral, emotional, and cognitive traits that make a person unique. It includes communication styles, temperament, interests, and preferences.
Not to be confused with character which is formed throughout life, we are born with personality and develop it, and character is created throughout life (we are not born with it).
A boy can be more feminine due to personality (not gender/sex), and a girl can be more boyish due to personality.

@Alexandrubaschet08 yes. I'm aware. That has 0 relevance to transgenderism or intersex people.
Unfortunately you are denying to accept some irrefutable facts.
What do you mean they have nothing to do with transgenderism?
Transgenderism is when a boy or girl believes they belong to the opposite sex, claims to feel like the opposite sex and sometimes even undertakes cosmetic surgery to try to get closer to or truly belong to the correct sex. They consider sex and gender to be two different things when they are one and the same thing but their personality is radically different.
If a man likes to play with Barbie dolls, put on makeup for other girls or design clothes for women, likes feminine perfumes more than masculine ones, likes to go to places that are generally interested in clothes, perfumes, makeup etc. stores and any other feminine locations, this does not attest to the fact that he is "trapped in the wrong body". The boy just has a feminine personality.
If we get into sexual preferences, we get complicated, at that moment if a boy likes boys it means he is gay, and a girl lesbian, if both bisexual.
But sex/gender remains unchanged no matter how everyone dresses, no matter how everyone acts or behaves.
Biology up to this point is absolute.- 1 y
@Alexandrubaschet08 it's so much more than just feeling like they're in the wrong body. I know it's hard to understand if you've not experienced it or studied it. Mental health plays a huge role in transgenderism, saying it's a mental health disorder as if that is an insult is horrible. You are correct a big part of being transgender for a lot of people is the issue of body dysmorphia. Now in the cases of people who feel like their body doesn't match their inside the best treatment is to transition. What do you think the alternative is? Do you think other methods haven't been exhausted? Gender affirming care reduces suicide rates by 70 odd percent. If there was a pill that reduced the chances of having a life threatening Ilness by 70 odd percent it would be praised and raved about how amazing it is.
Not every transgender person chooses to get gender affirming care. Some choose to only do certain things. Some get none at all.
Othering people is not okay. Well, as you say, it is felt throughout the body, the brain is the organ that controls all the perceptions of the body from the external to the internal.
You are cold, the sensation comes from the skin to the brain.
You are hungry, the sensation comes from the stomach to the brain.
You are tired from the brain to itself.
You fall in love, from the body to the brain.
It is simple science, biology and psychology.
I have nothing against people who stand under the rainbow flag, but I do not agree with certain ideas that they promote due to these scientific concepts that have not yet been broken or surpassed NATURALLY.
If a boy loves breasts so much that he wants to, I am very happy for him to do it. If a girl hates her breasts so much and doesn't want them anymore (I feel sorry for her) she is free to take them off and I am happy for her happiness. It is their freedom how they treat their body and I treat mine. It is everyone's choice to fall in love with whomever they want.
But facts are facts.
You said you studied this phenomenon, I explained the scientific concepts of reality to you, explain to me your opinion to support your arguments.- 1 y
@Alexandrubaschet08 science and psychology are not simple. How about we leave it up to the hundreds of thousands of experts who actually know what they are talking about?;
I don't see what is so complicated, i finish sport university together with master degree and we study human body and some of its process. Psychology and anatomy so is a clear difference between woman and mans physically and mentally. And i can't agree to disagree unfortunately.
- 1 y
@Alexandrubaschet08 I am studying psychology and I can tell you it's absolutely more complicated than you think

1 yMedically speaking, there are three (3) sexes, based on chromosomes.
XX is female, XY is male, and mutations (ex XXY) are intersex.
Historically, the word sex and gender have been used interchangeably, female=woman, male=man, intersex=other.
More recently, some people have used gender to mean whatever they want it to mean, which is confusing.
So, to answer the question... NO, there are 3 genders, woman, man and other.

Anonymous(18-24)1 yThere are two genders: male and female.
Unless you include Intersex Gender People because they could have both parts of each gender like some women born with testicles, though their parents might opt to remove certain parts & forcibly assign gender that goes against the individual’s mind so they choose a gender in the future though they’ll always be intersex.
Then we have transgender which is basically just having gender dysphoria and makes it difficult for the person to live everyday life under a gender they aren’t from their mind so by choosing male or female they allow themselves to move forward.
So we humanity has TWO genders, though subtypes since clearly this exists & has data / people living their everyday life. If people want to safeguard the scientific words for tradition then let’s just add them as “subtypes”. Never calling them genders. I’ll compromise on that, though let’s not dehumanize.

1 yOn the face of it, it seems so. There are two sexes, male and female.
However, current scientific knowledge says there is a biological basis for gender dysphoria. It's thought to be caused by a combination of factors, including genetics, hormones, and brain development.
For me the jury is still out. I can't begin to know what goes on in someone else's brain. What I do know is we are all human and we are all struggling with something. Kindness goes a long way.

Anonymous(30-35)1 yYes, only two genders. male and female. Gender and sex have always been synonymous in the English language. For centuries. It's has only been in recent years that a fringe group decided to hijack the term "gender" and try to turn it into something it was never meant to be. But the sane majority will always consider sex and gender to be the same thing. Because they are.

1 yWell... It is a fact, You know... I do agree with facts. Even those I might not like. Though as for there being two genders... I am pretty indifferent to this fact. It's just a fact, it does not have any consequences for me personally.
00 Reply 1.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Gender is just a social construct. Simply put, biology is a messy process and would never produce something so strictly defined as a male/female gender split. That is simply not how the world works.

I'm asking you. We have freedom of speech and thought. Reread the comment this person wrote, again.
If a woman doesn't pee standing up she's not a boy, "if you pee standing up you are a guy" <his words.
Therefore I can assume that you are the one with the low IQ.
