The person who coined the term "gender identity" was a psychologist named Dr John Money. He believe that we're all born hermaphrodites and that we can be whatever we want to be with the right social conditioning, that the only reason there are differences between men and women is because of the way we're brought up. He didn't believe that there were any biological differences between males and females.
He was a complete nutcase. Money was also a paedophile apologist having said in a 1980 Time Magazine article titled Sexes: ‘Attacking the Last Taboo’ that:
"Childhood sexual experience such as being the partner of a relative or of an older person need not necessarily affect the child adversely.”
He also said that:
“If I were to see the case of a boy aged ten or eleven who’s intensely erotically attracted toward a man in his twenties or thirties, if the relationship is totally mutual, and the bonding is genuinely totally mutual…then I would not call it pathological in any way.”
Another shocking quote from Dr John Money is the following:
“I suffered from the guilt of being a male, I wore the mark of mans vile sexuality. I wondered if the world might really be a better place for women if not only farm animals but human males also were gelded (neutered) at birth.”
In 1965 he did a sick experiment with a twin boy who'd suffered a botched circumcision, leaving his penis irrepairable. I'll give a short summary because it's a long story, but there's plenty of info about it so you should look into it yourself.
He encouraged the parents to raise his brother as a boy, and him as a girl. The boy's name was originally Bruce Reimer, but they raised him as "Brenda" Reimer instead.
At 13 though, the boy threatened to commit suicide if his parents made him see Money again. The poor kid, not knowing up until this point that he was born a boy, thought he was going insane. The parents stopped him from seeing Money, revealed to him that he was a boy, and he renamed himself David Reimer.
Eventually though after the trauma caused by this sick experiment, both he and his twin brother killed themselves.
Yet after destroying that family Money continued to teach that the experiment was a success and that gender was a social contruct, not biological.
It's taught as fact today for this reason. This is the sick fuck that people take seriously, and he's the reason that people believe this shit today.
I believe when someone doesn't want to be referred to as him or her, it's the social construct of the meaning behind those words they don't want to be identified with. Society has girls in pink playing with dolls and boys as blue playing with cars. And that's just a thing people make of it based on a major average. If you have a vagina but you don't like dolls I'd say you're still female.
"I feel male" just means you don't want society to associate your person with things that are typically associated with females but it does not mean you aren't female.
The amount of people not understanding that sex and gender is different. Sex is what you have between your legs and is determined by chromosomes. Gender is your identity that often relates to your sex, but sometimes does not. Meaning yes, there are more than two genders, because some people don't identify as either male/female, they identify as something else. This is also why we always talk about GENDER roles and GENDER stereotypes, because those have to do with your identity and what you feel fits/doesn't fit your personality or lifestyle (for example being a housewife vs a working woman, or a stay at home dad vs a working man).
There's also more than two sexes, with intersex being the third sex. "Intersex people are born with any of several variations in sex characteristics including chromosomes, gonads, sex hormones, or genitals that, according to the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, "do not fit the typical definitions for male or female bodies". Such variations may involve genital ambiguity, and combinations of chromosomal genotype and sexual phenotype other than XY-male and XX-female."
Those claiming otherwise and that people who believe in more than two genders/sexes are truly the ones who should have focused more in biology.
I dont think this is a valid statement unless gender and sex are completely unrelated to eachother which we know is untrue
@anon_anon_anon like I said, gender can still relate to sex because there are women who also identify as female. But how can you claim that there are only two genders when there are people who don't identify at all with their biological sex and do whatever the hell they want? Like men wearing makeup and nail polish and dresses for example, not identifying as traditionally masculine or male, but as non-binary (for example) or fully female. They're not completely unrelated, but they are different.
This is where the confusion lies. I fully understand the distinction some people claim between sex and gender. I'm not saying there are only two genders. I'm saying there are only two sexes and gender is a meaningless game of semantics. If a biological male likes to wear makeup and nail polish or whatever he pleases, that's fine. He's free to do so. But he is nothing more than male who likes those things. Not "non-binary" or whatever arbitrary title he wants to use. There's no need to create a label for any and everything that may go against the norm. Before long, we'll have a seemingly endless list of names and titles when our language is already perfectly suited for this application; male and female.
I'm all for the destruction of traditional gender/sex roles. Men and women should be free to express themselves however they please and not discouraged from it. But I don't think that adhering to the new-age definition of gender is a requirement for that.
@anon_anon_anon but these are the types of labels that help people define who they are and in the process help other people understand these people. It's not meaningless semantics or pointless terms when these words literally help define aspects of being a human that affect so many people in their daily lives. Humans are complex. There's more to us that just "male" and "female" or "penis" and "vagina". If you don't want to partake in such conversations or you don't care about learning more about those terms, then that's absolutely fine, but to call these terms meaningless when they're literally helping humans have deeper discussion about what it means to be a human and have an identity, is outright ridiculous. Do you also feel as strongly about words like "peach" and "periwinkle" and "teal" when we already have words for orange, blue and green? These nuances are what make language and communication so amazing.
To clarify, what kinds of labels are you referring to? Just simple transmale, transfemale, and non-binary or do you adhere to the almost countless genders that some people claim to exist?
@anon_anon_anon any and all labels people would use to describe their own gender identity.
Color is much more finite than gender expression. If someone asks me my favorite color, I'm just going to say purple. I'm not going to list magenta, violet, lilac, and every shade of purple under the sun. I'm also not going to list a specific shade because using the umbrella term "purple" is enough to convey what my favorite color is. I understand the utility of nuanced shades of color in art but in most contexts, the umbrella term will suffice.
Similarly for gender, telling a person your sex will suffice in most encounters, if that situation even calls for it. When I meet someome, I couldn't care less about every nuance of their identity. I'll learn those things over time, that's the point of getting to know someone. Even if there's a term for your specific identity, the person likely won't know what it means and defining it serves no importance to the encounter. When I introduce myself, I don't describe every bit of my identity. There's no need for me to explain "I'm a mid-twenties black man who adheres to traditional male gender roles that likes women with similar values and only likes sex in a meaningful relationship" and there's certainly no need for a label that describes my identity perfectly. No two people on this planet are alike and it's ridiculous to set out on a quest to define every single person that's alive today.
I know, just because I don't see a utility for gender labels doesn't mean other people dont. My point is that it's an impractical endeavour to attempt to define every single person that could possibly exist when there's no linguistic need for it.
@anon_anon_anon yeah, I disagree with you.
That sounds incredibly condescending
@anon_anon_anon me disagreeing with you is condescending? Alright...
GOD I KNOW. No one knows the difference between sex and gender. It's annoying asf. Someone used bisexual as an example 😑 "bisexual means there's two gender"
@TheOnlyAriii djskfjdkdjsk oh my lord
@theonlyarii Most people do a terrible job of explaining their opinion. I agree, a lot of people sound like idiots on this post so it's easy to misinterpret what they mean. What they're saying is that they don't believe your definition of gender is valid, not that they don't understand. They likely fully understand what you mean by gender
@anon_anon_anon you are, I just had nothing more to add to the discussion except that I just disagree. I’ve talked in circles enough on here to know when to just agree to disagree.
I don't think we were talking in circles but I know how easy it is to fall in to that
Read my post on this and the dude who posted about bisexual. Told me to "read my comment slowly" because I stated the difference between gender and biological sex.
@TheOnlyAriii lmfao as if reading it slowly will somehow make it true. Just as stupid as when someone who speaks a language you don’t understand tries to speak slowly and enunciate, as if that will somehow magically teach you the language.
@anon_anon_anon yeah not yet but I didn’t really have anything else to add to my opinion and didn’t feel like starting to rephrase it for the sake of keeping the debate going.
@lumos Im curious what you disagree with about my last response to you and how you would challenge my opinions. I think I laid it out pretty well and is logically consistent. There's definitely more you can add to the conversation. I like expanding my ideas. I'll admit, the comparison to the color spectrum made me stop and think. I've never heard it framed that way and that response I gave was just a quick rebuttal that I thought about very little.
@anon_anon_anon you think it’s impractical, I think it’s practical. That’s about it.
Creating a label for every person on the planet is practical?
@anon_anon_anon well first of all that’s an exaggeration. Second of all we as humans already have tons of ways that we can compile information in useful ways. I’m sure that there would still be more names for different shades of color than gender identity. And I mean practical in the sense that these terms help people understand more about themselves and makes it easier for them to convey who they are to others, if they feel like it. Some people like using those labels, some people don’t. Personally I just don’t care about what how other people choose to identify themselves 🤷♀️
That's the thing, I don't care either. I encourage the personalized expression and destruction of traditional gender roles. I agree that traditional stereotypes are a hindrance on some people's existence in our society and I think that should be eradicated. I'm just not convinced of the new age definition of gender or the need for labels when everyone should be free to express themselves how they please.
We probably agree on more than we disagree. If you were ever able to convince someone, it'd probably be me. I just haven't heard any consistent, logically valid reasons by anyone who supports this position
@anon_anon_anon if you’re for people expressing themselves however they please, then why can’t you see the importance (to some people) of using labels to describe themselves?
It honestly comes down to the fact that biological sex and societal gender roles aren't nearly as disconnected as some may want you to believe. I don't believe gender is entirely a social construct. Maybe a significant portion of it, but not the majority. Men and women are not the same, but that's not meant in a derogatory fashion. It's just a biological fact. To say that they are is a genuine case of feelings over fact.
If a woman wants to cut her hair short, weightlift, and join the military, I encourage that. If a man wants to grow his hair out, wear makeup, and pursue a career as a hair stylist, I encourage that as well. There shouldn't be a stigma against doing things that defy traditional gender roles. But it doesn't change facts. A man is a man and a woman is a woman.
@anon_anon_anon aight
Hell no. Just because someone wants to identify as dinosaur doesn't make them a fucking dinosaur. You're either a male or a female. And tbh I have read the list of genders (the 31 genders or I don't know how much they were) and they're not even genders! Each of them can still be classified to female and male. Wtf
Opinion
77Opinion
I believe there are clearly males, clearly females, and people who fall somewhere between with mixed sexual characteristics who probably have good claim to say they aren't either gender. We've always known about this third kind of person, because we have observed ambiguous or non-functional genitalia and reproductive organs since the ancient days. Plus now in the era of genetics and advanced brain science, we know that there can be genetic anomalies and pre-birth conditions that can effect sex characteristics as well.
So, it has never been, in our time on planet Earth, as humans, a time when intersexualism never occurred in the homo-sapiens-sapiens sub-species. It appears to have been a "birth defect" that humans have always known.
So... what gender do those people get to be? Are you saying they are all women or all men when you're saying there's only two genders? Or are you saying they don't count or don't exist?
Depends on the country. Various countries have constructed their society with 3 or more genders although some of these places are now Catholic or Christian and as Christianity is structured with two the 3rd gender is forgotten, an example of this would be femminiellos in Italy but in places like India hijras have not been completely pushed out yet. Hijras were once the wealthiest gender in India as they owned all the land but the British came, made legislation against hijras owning land and so they are the poorest gender in India. An example of a more common and excepted 3rd gender would be the kathoeys (or lady boys) of Thailand and just like how men and women have traditional gender roles in society, the kathoeys role is to care for the parents when they are of old age so kathoeys are sought out for by most families. It's also important to note that most people are raise as male and female until their teen years when they can switch also most 3rd genders are biologically male.
This is not the same and transgender and non binary as these are traditional to those parts of the world and are older than you and I
There's only one place that I can think of with a biologically female 3rd gender and I think it's in Albania
I adhere to the notion that there are only two biological genders: male and female. However, I fully embrace transgenderism. I believe individuals should have the freedom to transition from male to female or vice versa, and I am willing to consider them the gender opposite to that of which they were born into, after the transition. To me, gender is entirely dependent on genitalia. In fact, it seems as if transgenderism itself perpetuates the idea that there are only two genders--if you really think about it.
With all of that said, despite that I, myself, don't believe in the existence of more than two genders, I am willing to entertain someone that believes they are an imaginary gender by referring to them however they wish, for the sake of politeness.
No.
O. o
Anyone who 'believes' there are... are stupid people who know nothing about biology...
Biology actually proves us there are more then two genders. Think about people with intersex conditions or hermaphrodite animals.
@Angry_person
Hermafrodites aren't another sex... they're BOTH sexes, honey.
Nope they aren't, there are lots of different intersex conditions. Those people often have a mix of male or female characteristics, but never have all male and female characteristics at once, so they aren't biologically both male and female. People with these conditions often have different X-Y combinations than what's considered male or female too. An example is the klinefelter syndrome. On this website you can find more information about intersexuality: isna. org
@Angry_person
Hermaphrodites in all its variations are outliers and anomalies. They are not considered a separate gender because they are objectively flawed specimens within the human race. I'm not saying that they are any less human, but I am saying that it is a genetic defect like Downs Syndrome, where they are a deviant from what is supposed to be.
Yes, I feel biological sex & gender are two different subjects.
It makes more sense to me that genders would be like a spectrum. Especially since everyone has both testosterone & estrogen within them. The levels vary with each individual, of course.
I don’t see why people feel like it would be the end of the world if multiple genders is proven factual. People are people, we’re all humans. Why do differences cause such fear & unnecessary hatred?
I mean, not too long ago people who weren’t white were treated as a different species & seen as disgusting animals. That wasn’t right either & thank goodness most people have moved on from such ways of thinking. So why hold similar prejudice against people who are transgender or non-binary?
No, I believe it’s only female and male. There were two genders put on earth to reproduce and there is no logical explanation behind having more than those two. I believe someone can be confused or be traumatized and believe other wise. I also believe that a person born a man can feel like a women and vice versa which is completely fine but I wouldn’t consider that a different gender, they would just be the gender they identify as
Nope. Male and female. Transgender people identify as either male or female.
Anything else is just someone looking to fit into their own special group. Someone who feels like an outsider, like they need attention and a special label to feel good about themselves.
They say gender is whether you think in a masculine or feminine way. But, sex is literally just whether you are male or female. Penis or vagina. For example. The sex of the blues are male, cuz they have dicks. The sex of the pinks are females cuz they have vaginas. You are are either male or female. But in the case that gender and sex are the smae thing, then yes, there are only 2 genders.
Legitimately only 2, unless we go technical and associate Hermaphrodites into this, but any other kind of "gender" is just a product of various social changes within the past year.
Nope. You can "identify" as whatever you want but it's either you're male or female. As far as this whole "I identify as..." bs is what we call mentally ill.
Nope. Only 2. And yes I believe gender and sex are the same thing
I've never met anyone who identifies as another gender-- except maybe both genders, I do know a guy with that but that doesn't really count as a third gender-- and I don't think that there is such thing as actually having another gender besides male and female. I've been wrong before, but I'm pretty sure they would just be making it up.
Just because you identify yourself as a penguin- doesn't make you a penguin.
Then you get I to the argument of
"I was born a boy but I sexually identify myself as a girl"...
Thats why I said what I said.
I believe there are only 2 genders for the human race..
Male and female..
If your born with a tallywacker then your a man..
If your born with a vagina then your a woman..
There are only three gender, male female and hermaphrodite, even the hermaphrodites lean more to one gender than the other.
Biological Gender, yes there is only male and female. There are very rare cases where there is a genitalia mutation and only in that scenario would you consider a third biological gender.
Gender Identity you can do whatever the fuck you want. You can identify as a turtle if you want. It's a subjective term, it can vary.
Biological sex*
"An intersex is born with sexual anatomy, reproductive organs, and/or chromosome patterns that do not fit the typical definition of male or female." So along the lines of genitalia mutation where it is not definite of a male or female. There are exceptions but very rare. Again, you would consider MAYBE a third gender for those who are stuck in those weird situation biologically but you cannot claim you're biologically male or female just because you feel like it.
I am not even speaking of anyone who claims to be male or female because of being trans. Trans people have a gender/sex to all themselves. I am speaking of people legitimately born with no specific or clear gender, or a clear mixture of both sexes. What sex do THOSE people get to call themselves on government forms, or on the US census, or what do they mark on the form at the Doctor's office? We legitimately *do* have this third category of gender whether we like it or not. Intersex people have existed throughout human history. So why do we have to cling so hard to this idea of a gender binary when God and/or Mother nature, however you see it, already defies the gender/sex binary?
Just because there EXISTS people who do not follow the binary does not mean we have to create an ENTIRE INFRASTUCTURE just for the few cases. Like seriously, I thought the statistic for amount of transgender people in the United States is 2%. 2%! The infrastructure exists because MOST people follow within the binary. I want is the most efficient and practical solution. If we start giving everyone treatment for specific categories outside of male and female, we would have to do what Canada is doing and start keeping track of the so MANY numerous sub-categories.
When I actually took my LGBT class in college (Yes I actually did, I can give you proof that I had to attend an LGBT event as part of it), the "Umbrella term" of LGBT applies to ALL forms of LGBT... we dont name all of the subcategories of LGBT because its too long. If they clearly or definitely dont fall within the two genders just GIVE THEM THE THIRD GENDER. Its an "Umbrella term" in government form. Thats it! If they need *more* clarification, they just need to ask. Its like they dont ask me what special kind of male I am. I could be a femine kind of male that acts more female like. I'm still male! There are indeed people who feel like they're not the same gender. Thats fine. Just keep track of your biological gender. Other than that, claim whatever you well please.
These aren't people who are making a choice not to follow. They legitimately do not have a clear male or female sex type to their body. They are mixed. They exist. So you're basically saying that despite their biology they should be forced to conform to a binary that is just a cultural binary, not a biological one. Biology is not strict binary on this. It's at least tertiary, but we're discovering more and more in human biology that leads to a notion that sex is actually a great deal less binary than we thought.
Our knwledge is evolvinge. Our understanding of the human body and the mind is evolving.
We know that sex and gender are not strictly binary.
So why keep insisting that they are just because it's the tradition? It's a tradition that basically pretends certain people don't exist. But they exist, so, now what?
Tradition? Its science. Science says that biological sex in a human develop with two chromosomes. X and Y. There is nothing outside of X and Y. Males typically develop with different kinds of sex chromosomes, XY, and females typically develop with same kinds of sex chromosomes, XX. A majority of cases develop in this way. Mutations CAN occur with this. Like XX male syndrome, which is an approximate 1:20000 ratio with new born males. They CAN have abnormalities, like internal and external genitalia. And they can be different mentally.
But this doesn't change my argument. At birth, they check for genitalia. They base it off of that. If its not positive, it can be classified as third gender. Perhaps in the future, they might base it more off more chromosomes or a combination. The determination for biological sex is NOT perfect. But since a majority of the cases are correct in their determination, this is used.
Perhaps later, there could be a system to change your biological sex based UPON biological findings. But thats it. A case would be that a male genitalia at birth that develops female hormones. That would be a case to have it changed to third gender. But NOT the opposite sex. Its either Male (Definitely and clearly biologically Male), Female (Definitely and clearly biologically Female), or Third Gender (Conflictions exist where the individual cannot be classified definitely and clearly biologically Male or Female).
For mental, this is just Gender Identity. You "feel" female although you are biologically male. You identify as "female" but are biologically determined to be male.
But is it seriously THAT many people to justify a change in the current system? Like I hear you keep saying "there exists". But with an enough determination you CAN find a case where it contradicts an all encompassing statement. Like how I can say, "In China, the natives are never overweight". Even if for instance, the overweight statistic was super low, I could probably find at LEAST one overweight person. Whoopie. Does it significant enough to change the perspective? No. Its super low! Its a rare case. Infrastructure changes take time and money. I feel its not THAT significant of a statistic to justify a total restructure even with science findings pointing towards a more analog version of gender rather than a digital one.
I know you think someone's sex can be determined by just looking at chromosomes, but chromosomes are also not entirely binary in presentation, nor are they the only factor that determines what someone's sex is.
Why are you so married to a binary concept that's proven not even to be biologically accurate in some cases? Some people just can't rightly be defined as male or female by biological means, and at some point, why is it so important that they must be? Why does it actually matter at all to classify them as male or female? In terms of reproduction it doesn't matter since most people who are intersex can't reproduce. So in what was DOES it actually matter to say what gender they are, especially considering gender is sociological, and their sex can't biologically be said to be one or the other? Why are you so married to a sexual binary that you must tell people who don't fit it that they have no right to have something they can call themselves?
I proclaimed that someones sex is determined by the genitalia at birth. I believe that is still the method being used. Chromosomes play a factor into determing biological sex. I proclaimed its not the SOLE factor. Thats why I had the example of a male genitalia with female hormones.
Now about telling me about being "married" to the binary concept. Its a concept that encompasses a MAJORITY of the population. Thats why I am still for it. You are pushing so hard about "some" people. You feel morally justified to "fight" for these "some" people when some of those "some" people dont even want it. Like seriously, there exists Transgender people who believes in the two gender system and that biological gender is different than Gender Identity, etc.
And to address why it matters becuase for emergancy situations for example! Your biological sex matters when for instance you're unconcious in a hospital and they need to check for particular items associated with gender like Breast Cancer. Being female in biological sex puts you a higher risk than males. So for a Trans Man, they probably would need to check even if the genitalia changed. A Male body compared to female body has its differences.
Also what is important is consistency! Thats why I seperated Biological Gender with Gender IDENTITY. You must perform TESTS AND ANALYSIS to determine a conclusion about Biological Gender. It doesn't change unlese you retest and reanalyze by a professional. It doesn't change based upon feelings. It doesn't change based upon experiences. Its separate. You need conisistency in a lot of cases! If I was managing a database for Biological Gender, it wouldn't be expensive to upkeep because there wouldn't be nearly as many changes compared to a database for Gender Identity where people may change their identity at any point. It takes RESOURCES to change and update things. We LIKE consistency because its RELIABLE.
And seriously, you CAN say what gender you identify as. Thats gender identity! Most social situations, people go off of Gender Identity! Most job applications ask you what gender you IDENTIFY AS. Not what your actual biological gender is. You can say all you want that you're female if you want to be a female. I can treat you as a female if you identify as female. Thats fine! Social situations are different than serious situations where biological gender matters. Thats why there is a seperation.
Because your body doesn't lie. You can examine and analyze the things that process in your body. Thats where the biological part is.
What we cannot examine and analyze accurately to a significant degree is your thoughts, even dreams are hard to understand. It can vary wildly, thats where you have the option to choose. You can identify whatever you want to be, but how your body processes is not controlled by your thoughts. I can't think really hard and transform into a female, its not how it works.
But I won't lie and say she's biologically female. She's biologically male. She said she really did want to have a transition to female but she didn't have the money to. I treated her as a female anyways and she always played as a female online. She liked being online because she said it was a place where she could be the gender she truly wanted to be. That was totally fine for her to do that. Most people pay attention to gender identity as a sign of respect and to have a relationship with the person. But when the music comes, you cannot escape from the reality. When I actually met her in real life, I couldnt escape from the reality that she is a male. No matter how much I denied it. But even with the reality in your face, you still have the freedom to choose how you treat someone. So I treated her as female still. And thats how I think life should be. Be who you want to be but don't hide from reality.
There are definitely three types on BIOLOGICAL gender:
• Male,
• Female and
• an unnamed third one.
This third gender is a mixture of male and female and (very) rare. Here in Germany the government has to find a name for it and give people the chance to be seen as that until the end of this (or the next?) year 😄
@KaydenBosak:
Yes, "true hermaphrodite" seems to be the correct English term. Unfortunately, there is no word which describes this gender in German. Not even a Wikipedia article exists in this language 😅
Zwitter?
From my point of view a "Zwitter" is more botanic. A plant with is male and female and able to pollinate itself, although it has the same meaning like "hermaphrodite", according to "dict. cc" (doppel- oder gemischtgeschlechtlich/mixed or two gender) 😮😄
@Pamina:
You're right. Let's see if and what the Bundestag will decide 😄
@thottiana That is not quite correct: http://www.who.int/genomics/gender/en/index1.html
@thottiana:
"[...] Vanja is intersexual [...] and has an atypical chromosome set. The person carries only one X chromosome, a second chromosome, which would identify them as female (X chromosome) or as male (Y chromosome) is missing."
(from m.spiegel.de/.../...eburtenregister-a-1177008.html ; translated to English)
According to Wikipedia, these people either have more or less chromosomes than normal 😅
@PokemænStivo The term we now use in English for people with one of the many disorders you are referring to is "intersex". That is the proper, current term in English.
I think it is right for these people to be allowed to have a something to cll themselves that is neither male nor female.
I believe their are 3 genders, their are the male and female genders plus their is another gender made up of people who born with an extra chromosome and those born with the correct number of chromosomes but didn't develop correctly in the womb and where born with the the opposite genders sex organs or both genders sex organs.
There are two GENDERS in the world. MALE and FEMALE. On rare occasions you might get a hermaphrodite (someone with both reproductive organs).
There are only two types of genitalia. There is your answer
If u apply that logic there are many genders
1. Man with balls
2. Man with no balls
3. Man with 1 ball
4. Man with no penis but balls
5. Man with vagina
6. Man with vagina and penis
7. Man with nothing
8. Woman with vagina
9. Women with penis
10. Women with vagina and penis
11. Woman with 2 vaginas
12. Woman with nothing
13. Woman with everything normal and 2 boobs
14. Woman with everything normal and 1 boob
15. Woman with everything normal and no boobs.
I believe it’s a lot more complicated than conservatives would like it to be.
@xz498
i3.kym-cdn.com/.../04f.gif
yeah and you know everything because you follow someone elses political views/ideas/imagination. Is so complicated and us simple minded people are so stupid we just don't get it... everytime we dare to question you you can't prove/explain anything but your truth is the universal truth and everyone opposing it should change or die.
@xz498 having studied science for quite some time, I can say that biological sex is a lot more complex than just either XX or XY chromosomes. Being intersex is very common, and there are multiple types... some of which look similar to a "normal" expression of XX or XY chromosomes.
So yes. It's complicated.
@xz498 it's not. It's more common than cerebral palsy.
