Why is it only self expression when white women do it?

When black women wear bold or bright hair colors we're labeled ghetto. People judge us and stare at us. Yet when white women and other non black women do it it's "self expression" and nobody even looks their way when they're wearing bold or bright hair colors.

Because most people are racist against black women

Because people enjoy tearing down black women in an attempt to lower their esteem
