Why are Black schools failing Black students?

I heard that some Black schools are failing Black students, and that Black students are failing. Why?

So schools are directly funded by property taxes. If there is a low income housing the schools don't get funding. Then you got red lining where people can't use housing equity to move out of segregated areas. Then a new generation is born nothing changes and the cycle repeats.

Many are in poor neighborhoods, which because schools are funded by property taxes, means they have fewer educational resources via more comfortable areas, thus poor kids of ANY background ( Eighteen percent of African Americans and eight percent of European Americans are poor, so this also applies to white paupers) are failed by their schools.

A lot are raised in single family households. It could also be that inner city schools especially in democrat run states are underperformers.

Republicans are not the solution for everything but Democrats are the cause.

Because the black students live in a fatherless culture that idolizes criminal behavior.
