So Trump has suggested that diversity programs have allowed less qualified people to become Pilots, ATC, MTC Engineers, and Flight Attendants (all regulated by the FAA). If you saw a Black Captain commanding your flight would you get off the plane? What if a female Controller is working your flight into LAX? Are you now scared to fly or walk close to an airport?

DEI hires is a disaster waiting to happen putting people who aren't the best possible hires.

What people complaining about Trump's stance on DEI can't seem to wrap their brains around is that no one cares if someone is male, female, trans, black, white or brown. The only concern they have is if someone got hired BECAUSE they were female, trans, black, or brown, and not because thy were the most qualified person for the job.

Its only gonna get worse with AI, AI and technology is going to make paper and document licensing worthless because people will cheat on their exams for everything and not have the required knowledge, there's probably people that cheated in med school exams doing surgeries rn
