I almost think positivity is more of a learned skill vs an active choice. In the same way having conversations is a muscle you train.

So saying be positive isn't really helpful.

positivity is the life blood of interactions my darkest moments are filled with hope not because my darkest moments are not that dark but rather because i have special freinds that remind me my convictions to keep going for instance if i mess up and say i hate my art they remind me why i started art in the first place while its still hard i am encouraged to keep trying

It's hard on here with certain indivuals that is for sure but I'm a optimistic indivual and try to always look on the bright side of everything and share that.
