Ugh... god, I hate the way the media frames shit like this. It's so dishonest. Even if you declare abortion as murder, women are never going to get the frickin death penalty for having an abortion. That would be absolutely insane. That's literally a thing that cannot happen. The amount of shit that would need to go side ways for that to happen, even under the worst of circumstances, is less likely than our atmosphere catching on fire.

First of all, you'd need a jury to unanimously vote in favor of giving a defendant the death penalty. Second, the murderers who ever get threatened with the death penalty are like repeat serial killers who have sex with the dead bodies.

When a woman's life is in danger and a decision has to be made than the woman gets the 1st priority, if i was married and the decision is mine, i'll pick my wife over the fetus, it's very hard on both but in a real marriage the spouse always comes 1st in my opinion!
