Have you ever been an executor of a probate? I was and banks don't give a fuck about how anyone dies but legal paperwork that the person is officially dead and the executor is taking over.

Unfortunately a lot conservative don't have any family or even friends on speaking terms. So even if they have a penny in their name after they die the bank account is in limbo for like 7 years and the state takes the account.

I'm only 32 and I got my will written out so I'm in the clear so maybe consider doing that.
