Question

I figure a lot of the "go green" growd would be rich democrats, probably over 50%. Has his activity in government changed your view... so it's anethama to own/buy Tesla in your family?

My vote is: I wouldn't own a Tesla regadless, I don't like the experience, give me an old Toyota!

I heard Teslas are kind of rickety in their construction. I like the idea of starting to move in the direction of cleaner fuel sources, but I think like most stuff, you need some time work the kinks out and perfect it. I also need something SUV sized due to my hobbies and accompanying equipment. The CyberTruck may be the ugliest vehicle I’ve ever seen, lmfao, so I don’t think they’d have anything to suit my needs.

But yes, also, at this point I consider Elon an enemy of both America and what’s generally right and good in the world, so I wouldn’t support any of his businesses in any way just due to my own conscience.

I wouldn't touch Tesla , I'd short it for certain , number of reasons.

1. Its run far too hard , at some point substance must support that price.

2 . Elon would not care if Tesla went broke , as it nearly has previously.

3 . Elon takes far too much out.

4 . Its an overrated car company.

5 . Car companies always struggle. Chinese competition.

6. Just a plethora of risk involved.

7 . However , I still think Elon is a genius despite all that.

8 . Short , Short , Short , Short , as Bill Gates is , and I gave you here at $440 .00

Did it change my view? Absolutely not.

I've always liked Elon.

And, I still do.

It makes no difference whether I like him or not.

For years, I bought Teslas for my businesses.

However, the Model S is the only Tesla model I retained in my fleets of company cars.

They're for my top brass employees.

Replaced by reliable hybrids, all the Model 3s & Ys are gone.

The Model X and the Cybertruck were never worth considering.

To be honest i was never a fan of the cars because of their reputation for spontaneous combustion but now he's come out as a nazi I'm even less inclined to get one. Tesla sales have nosedived in Europe and you could easily end up with a car you can't get serviced or parts for.

Never been a fan of Elon Musk to begin with. He's turned the formwe Twitter into a cesspool so I'm told. All of his "starships" seem to experience "unscheduled rapid disassembly". His first demonstration with that truck thing cut out of a refrigerator box was supposed to illustrate how impenetrab;e the glass was. It broke on the very first test AND his vehicles seem to catch fire for small reasons. None of the companies he "runs" (save Spacex) are founded by him but were bought with money he grew from funds earned by his daddy's emerald mine. Now he's Trump's master and tearing things up illegally while performing nazi salutes.
Inferior vehicles produced by a man who appears to want to recreate apartheid South Africa in the USA. I wouldn't buy a 2 cent bubblegum from him.

Tesla Isn't Just a Car.

It's an amazing tool.

It's developed Map of Whole nation, it also known how many people are in your house, how many guns you have..

Tesla Sensors are capable of emitting all sorts of Radiations and also can pick up on all sorts of reflected radiation..

Tesla Isn't Just a Car, it's a Perfect Surveillance Vehicle..

Tesla as a Company is a Data Company not Just EV.

I am not Personally against Tesla, but if I have a private Area , I am not letting a Tesla Anywhere Near it!..

What Tesla can Do, the Same thing most of Home routers can do, Tell anyone how many people are in a house and what metal furniture or guns they own!..

I’ve never considered getting one. I have a friend who has one and he has to pay a subscription fee to use the park assist feature. So I would never go for something like that.

If I do decide to get an EV for my next car, there are plenty of other makes available. Polestar, BYD, VW, KIA, Hyundai, BMW, AUDI, Honda and others all offer fully electric cars which frankly all have more character than a Tesla.

Stats are showing overall electric cars are still increasing in sales, but Tesla specifically has dropped quite a lot because of Musk's reputation recently. So it's not like anyone's changing their mind about going green because of him.

Personally I never would have bought Tesla anyway because it's so expensive.

No. I've always like Elon and I've always been largely a conservative. Musk is a forward thinker. He doesn't have time for society's petty little bickers. He's too busy trying to change the world. Anyone with half a brain knows that electric vehicles are hardly green anyways

Tesla always sucked. The global electric car market wanted a standard plug in and elon fucked that over holding back the entire market for decades when it was still fledgling.

Tesla was also style over function. The panels look cool but the attachment even aliment was garbage.

The cool thing it was a disruptive force in the market of cars but failed at anything substantial in of itself.

I drive a 2018 Model 3 that I bought new, and it's been an amazing car. I save a fortune in gas/maintenance expense. My wife bought a used Model Y last year and it's incredible. They are fantastic vehicles and I was looking forward to basically only buying Teslas for the rest of my life, until Elon did a Nazi salute... twice.

I'm going to keep our cars, but when they eventually reach the end of their lives, I'll be looking for something else.

I don't like EVs. Give me a hybrid. There's a reason why Toyota, first or second auto manufacturer in the world, depending on how and what you count, doesn't make an EV, but has several hybrid models.
