How does get paid 2 days early work?

If your pay day is Friday, how do you paid Wednesday? I understand some bank will have it pending after they receive it.

Some banks as a free perk analyze your checking history for repeated deposits from the same source. From there guess how much you get paid on average and give you a free advance of that amount before the deposit finalized.

So my bank does this over government shut downs because government employees get payed monthly. The bank knows you're good for it pays any autobills even holds morgage late dates. Government figures it shit out pays people and everyone paid on time.

BACS payments took 3 days to process, so to pay on a Friday you'ld have to submit on a Wednesday. But didn't think it would show on your account until Friday

I don't think you can. Usually employers pay you at the end of the week or end of the month. Talk to your boss
