Unions serve as a way to protect all workers from abuse by many sociopathis corporations. Unions are responsible for many benefits and safety protections we now take for granted.

They're the absolute worst! They inconvenience other people for their own selfish interest. And their demands are so greedy. Like the recent port strike. It distributed the economy and made a huge mess.

There was a store union in my town that was striking, despite having so many benefits. I straight up told that to one of the girls and she never got back to me. Another lady that knew us had the nerve to tell us not to shop there. Fuck that! Any issues you have with your company isn't my problem and I will buy groceries wherever I want.

But the thing that really made me lose respect for them was when some professors at my university were prepping for a Union strike. The teacher was leading it, straight up lied and said students won't be able to access the library, which another teacher said is completely illegal. Not only that, he also said if they strike, we'll have to make up those classes over summer vacation. That was crossing the line for me. If you wanna strike, be my guest, but why should WE be punished for it? We didn't tell you to strike.

So yeah, fuck unions! They're the worst things ever invented and they should be illegal. They couldn't care less that their strikes are impacting other people's lives. They're almost as bad as those assholes who block the roads.

Unions seem so restrictive to me. I'm sure they serve a purpose and its good if they set a baseline an employer can't cross but a talented employee should be able to negotiate higher wages and you shouldn't need 3 people to so a single person job because these people are only allowed to do a third of the task. But collectively fighting against robotization and ensuring the wages are fair makes total sense to me.

Unions in their day. Made things much safer on the job. Plus gave us the 40 hour work week and benefits.
