Definitely late 20s.. Many early to mid 30 year olds still look to be in their late 20s..

30s are going down the cliff to hit 40s. Scary part of this story 30s are the last years then 40 is around the corner. Number do not go backwards only move forward. Fun fact, people in their 20s and 30s in year 2025 will be 60s, and 70s in the future. Generation Z ages 20s and Millenials ages 30s early 40s will be Generation Z 60s and Millenials 70s early 80s. The other young generatuons will look at both generations like grandpa and grandma ages. Think about that. An example today 2025 Donald Trump is 78 years old and Claudia Sheinbaum is 62 years old both look old age both are 16 years of a difference. Another example , Mark Carney is 60 years old and Donald Trump 78 years old both are done. Gen Z and Millenials will grow old together. I am happy.
