I kinda have the best of both worlds. When not at school, my family lives outside a city of 100k. It is more suburban area to live but still has a decent size city not far.

Rural, i don't get the appeal of cities. They are very good tools for population control and there is no enough supplies for everyone in the city if it were to get cut off. Rural is calmer and is more likely to have that helping each other out in a time of need vibe.

I want and need my nature and peace around me. From there, I do love to spend time in cities. But living there? No. My countryside sanctuary is what I call home.

I was born in the city but I am pretty rural. I would move even further into the wilderness if I could.

City for sure. The things I like to don't happen in rural areas or small towns. I wouldn't move to an area of less than a million unless it was pretty special.
