Yeah, it's called living in Victorian era in which you would never be caught. Or ya know basically anything before Dna.

Dna has made it pretty much impossible without work around that you just have to hope work. Which mostly can only happen by cops doing a bad job.

Though if the murder is someone random and you've never been on the system before well it's a very unlikely chance you'll be tied to it, but most people wouldn't murder without a reason or even serial killers have patterns.

But also there is more Ctv than they want you to be aware of so really if the government really wanted you caught they could. However rarely do they use such extremes for a random killer.

I know, but he was still the main suspect and had to go to court. If it was the perfect murder, there would be no suspects or leads. He only got aquitted because his defense team was great and the prosecution was crap
