She voted for Trump, but now she is upset she is losing her job when she is a DEI hire. I am tired of the left-wing hiring women just because they are women. We need to go back to traditionalism and merit. Finally all these women who took jobs from qualified men are learning their place. No more DEI for women.

I don’t understand why the Trump Administration needs to punish people to implement his agenda. He gets rid of DEI okay but why do you need to fire the already hired people who may or may not have been hired because of it? It’s the same things with mass deportation. You want stricter border policies okay but why deport people who have already been here and established a life?

Sexism is wrong, even in the name of diversity and equity. The only thing that should be considered in a hiring decision are a person's merits, and sex and race are not merits.
