A federal judge on Thursday ordered the Trump administration to offer jobs back to all probationary employees who were fired last month from the departments of Agriculture, Defense, Energy, Interior, Treasury and Veterans Affairs under directions by the Office of Personnel Management, a ruling that could reinstate thousands of employees who were ousted as part of the president’s push to slash the federal workforce.

Eventually, as the flood of these rulings grow, President Trump will have to ignore all court rulings according Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution. They cannot be enforced short of Impeachment.

I like the idea of DOGE and I think it's probably long overdue but seriously, if you're going to fire people you better run it through a legal department. I've never fired anyone without a quick call to the lawyer to make sure I'm in the clear. This is incompetence and it's taints the process if you don't do it right.

This will go to the courts and by the time a decision is reached these people will be ready for retirement. This will go the the Supreme Court and they will once again rule in favor of the excecutive branch. I would tell all those people not to make any large purchases right now.
