Will President Trump Complying with District Court Rulings Create a Constitutional Crisis?

Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 of the US Constitution states: The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.

If President Trump complies with Court Rulings, he violates his Oath Of Office to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States by way of allowing The Executive to be overruled by the Judicial Branch. As such, he exposes himself to Impeachment. Even if he chooses to comply, he may still be subject to Impeachment.

So are these District Court rulings a sophisticated conspiracy by Democrats to create a Constitutional crisis and to subject President Trump to Impeachment?

Unlike Biden who regularly violated Court rulings including rulings of the Supreme Court, President Trump has lawfully complied with every court order whether it was ruled in his favor or not or lawfully appealed such orders.

Biden blatantly violated court rulings including Supreme Court rulings including the findings by the Supreme Court that the student loan forgiveness was illegal and unconstitutional. Immediately after that ruling was issued he then set up new loan forgiveness programs in blatant violation of the ruling.

And there were others that he violated also blatantly. He even is on record as boasting about willfully defying and violating court rulings.

Today's Democrats are lawless, anti-American, Marxist communist dictators who are concerned only with power, not with civil society or the welfare of the American people.

That is why I believe that sooner rather than later, President Trump is going to have to just say no.

I will give him a few more weeks and if he cannot get these judicial decisions overturned he will take action to fix the country. Trump controls the DOJ. The judicial cannot issue indictments and they cannot arrest.

Lincoln issued an order to arrest the Chief Justice. Under his orders, Judge Carmichael was pistol whipped until unconscious and forced to march to Wye Landing and board the U. S. Steamer Balloon, to transport him to Fort McHenry. Lincoln didn't tolerate judges who countermanded his orders.
