I think the president of the United States ignoring a supreme court ruling no matter the number of justices involved. Can and should be impeach convicted and removed from office. That is the foundation of the balance of power in the constitution. But if the Congress is to weak useless and bent over the table to do their job. It doesn't matter you either get rid of them or the US disappears from the earth. And it will happen eventually.

Article II It does not limit the President's discretion in how and when to Take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed and it does not subject the President to any court ruling, even by SCOTUS, as it did not under President Biden's Student Loan giveaways.

The Supreme Court can rule on the Constitutionality of an Executive Action. Even then, The Executive does not have to comply. Even if he had to, the courts have no power to enforce their rulings. There are only three recourses against The Executive. Impeachment, the 25th Amendment and assassination. Full Stop.

The Sitting President has absolute civil and criminal immunity from liability for official acts, although neither civil nor criminal immunity is explicitly granted, nor prohibited, in the Constitution or any federal statute. The President is not immune from impeachment for Executive acts uncovered by Article II.
