The United States Supreme Court knows what is coming. they know that sooner or later President Trump is going to Ignore the judiciary. He is within his executive authority in article 2 section 1 clause 1 of the Constitution. They know that their ruling is weak and that's why they put no teeth into it. they know what is coming. President Trump is about to say no to. the judiciary. Yes it will create a so called Constitutional Crisis. And there is no doubt That the Department of Justice and the president are locking and loading for that day.

There's nothing in the section of the Constitution that you decided that it gives Trump the authority to do anything that he did, including defying the supreme Court or kidnapping people or deporting people without due process. You can keep citing that section all day like everybody else does, but if you actually read it, you'll see that it doesn't apply. The court also thinks it doesn't apply and their opinion is much more important than mine.

What we need to do is define "due process". Federal law allows for deportation without a hearing. The Trump administration can define due process as determining that a person has no legal reason to be withing the confines of the United States.
Thousands could be given due process every day and then removed from the country.

Almost anything can be litigated from the court s if somebody feels that it should be. This needs to be litigated in the court because without that it is impossible to enforce it. It may be impossible to enforce it anyway. We will see.
