President Trump is refusing to follow the judge’s orders to rehire all that he fired.

So I’d say he has ‘entitlement’.
Last time he was in the Oval Office he held world leaders at Trump Tower to collect $100,000s of dollars along with charging the Secret Service per night, refusing them from using the bathrooms too. Though it is entirely possible he had to pay all those dollars back after being caught along with Secret Service money however I only know of Secret Service not the world leaders also Big Tech CEOs (T-Mobile is just one example I know personally)….

The President has more power today than anytime prior which scares me, especially since Trump’s own lawyers argued to SCOTUS that if a President ordered the killing of a political opponent he would be able to do it legally. Trump tried to dig dirt on Hunter Biden through threat of withholding military aid from Ukraine just like Nixon tried to dig dirt on his political opponent by breaking into the DNC. There will be future presidents who hold Trump’s lawyers to their word and commit murder to silence political opposition if the mistake isn’t corrected.

No, they can't. Show me a single clause in the Constitution proving that false assertion. Trump will patronize them until he loses his patience and then say NO!

Under Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 shows o court or legislation has any authority over The Executive. The only recourse that exists against the President is impeachment, action under Amendment 25 and assassination.

It Trump submits to these courts, he subjects himself to the risk of impeachment for violating his oath of office. It's possible that this new Lawfare is a sophisticated Democrat ploy to set up Trump to be subject to impeachment.

The President can e very effective if he operates within the boundaries of the Constitution. Also as CIC of the military he can also be effective... but only if the order is a legal one. The military has a moral obligation to refuse an illegal order.

Just about all military leaders only got there due to politics. And all of the commanders below them got in for playing the right office politics that align with their boss's politics. There's a reason why when Biden told the US military to leave billions of dollars worth of military equipment for terrorists in Afghanistan and not to warn any allies who were fighting with us in advance. Because they are all bought and paid for. If they weren't they would have privately refused to leave all that stuff and the President would have been forced to publicly back better ideas for what was best for the U. S.

The President is complying with these judicial decisions but the Judicial branch does not issue subpoenas or indictments and they have no power to arrest anyone. That rests with the DOJ. He could just ignore these judges and there is not much that they could do to him.

You have it backwards. Judges have no power. They may rule but it's the Executive branch that must enforce their rulings, and guess who the head of the Executive branch is? Yep, the President.

@DryGermanGuy The Judicial Branch has no enforcement power. It relies on the Executuve and Leguskatuve branches to enforce its rulings. That's one if the weaknesses if the Balance of Power, which only works if everyone follows the rules.

I didn't think he did since everything has to go through Congress and Congress can even override his veto, but apparently he does through executive orders

With the Federal Judges blocking the president and then having the Supreme Court rule on it. It seems that the President doesn’t have a whole lot of authority.

Yes, he does. But there are checks and balances. As it should be. Although, he’s doing everything he can to erode them
