First amendment audits?

Seen them all the time. Can’t miss them on YouTube. It’s appreciated they excerise their rights but how they do it is a concern. This one guy in Florida provokes reactions from people and posts it. Gets trespassed from so many places. Even holds signs saying “f the county” I think that’s attention seeking. What are your thoughts on these people?

Ummm yeah, but if I felt offended by your question I could just remove it then. First Amendment Rights allows you and me to peacefully organize a protest, peacefully participate in a protest, and say whatever we like (within reason obviously).
One of the most famous exceptions is, “FIRE!” in a crowded movie theater when there is no fire, “GUN!” at an event, etc. also spreading misinformation that harms people in some cases.

My point is, you don’t have to agree with whatever the sign says because it is their right and I’m happy to live in a free country where my thoughts, feelings, and what have you can be expressed without the fear of Government intervention. Same reason why I encourage Freedom of Press.

*I would like to add, I’ve seen people fly upside down American Flags from time to time and I never thought anything about it. I’d say that is symbolic to “f* this country” and will say they are allowed to do that.

I’m just saying do it sensibly. But these auditors want to be famous on YouTube. They think this is a means of income by asking for donation. Its like a cop that breaks the law which makes the rest of his/her cohorts look bad

@blackeagle007 Okay so, I somehow missed the mark looking at the question in its entirety and I apologize. 1. Yeah provoking reactions from people just to post them is ‘harassment’ also ‘disorderly conduct’ in my mind which should be penalized more. I’ve seen stupid “pranksters” doing this, one even got hurt and still does it, there needs to be accountability so they stop this stupid cycle enough is enough. 2. Holding up a sign is free speech, though in this case it is harassment & disorderly conduct given the broader picture in my mind.

98% of these people are just frauditors, provoking the police to the point of getting shoved away or arrested and then crying on YouTube about it, asking for donations. It’s pathetic. Chille deCastro or whatever he’s called recently got 180 days of jail for obstruction.

I’m all for it. But on some of these videos, how they are doing it is questionable. This one had two guys walking into police station, wore ski masks and open carried big guns. I’m sorry but that really does look bad. They arrested for disorderly conduct
