How do you feel about Democratic congresswoman Jasmine Crockett making potentialy offensive comments towards Texas governor?

Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) called Texas governor Greg Abbott "Governor Hot Wheels". Why some would some consider it offensive? Abbott is physically disabled and uses a wheelchair - he got paralysed in 1984 when a tree fell on him. Republicans already started procedings to cenzure Crockett.
