There is a woman I don't particularly care for and we usually don't get along, but I noticed this guy was bugging her, even after she made it clear that she wasn't interested. I came over and told him when a lady says no, she means it, and he left.

That's what people should do for each other period. Doesn't matter if don't you like them or even know them, people don't deserve to be harassed by others who won't take "no" for an answer. I don't do it out of wanting to protect women, I do it because I detest douche bags like that.

Yeah, she's not very likeable herself as she thinks she's better than everyone else and puts people down, but not even she deserved that. He was grabbing her arm and trying to kiss her.
