How do you feel about Trump revoking plans to make Elise Stefanik Ambassador to UN?

Appearently it's because Republicans have a very thin majority in the house (218-213) and if she became an ambassador to UN, there would be a special election held. Trump is said not to risk losing Stefanik's seat, even if he won it by around 20% points in November.

I was a little nervous about all the congressmen he picked to serve in his administration. The majority in the house is pretty slim and if they lost the majority that would pretty much be the end of his presidency. It would be his first term all over again. He really needed to preserve the lead.

Special elections to fill seats of Gaetz and Waltz are actually held today. Soon we're gonna see.

I think that in Florida the voters are pretty much Republicans but New York is another matter.

Stefanik's seat is in upstate New York, close to Canada border. It is very rural.
