If you are too follow with all mandatory obligations of being a police officer you are leading to bad results overall to all of people in said area.

We can go a dozen different ways to answer this. Historically military was the only law bringing force /cops. Like the British red coats for colonialism in Amarica. We had a revolutionary war over autonomy.

In way too many ways our police force was created by local militia tracking down escape slaves. So you should see the rascal biases start growing as civil rights starts growing. Even California growing independently west side isolated by east cose before western manifest destiny got former southern states slave runaway militias to start there police force in California. So that's why the Rodney King film happened that started the all cops are bastard or acab. Thats the logic I've pick up being politically motivated beginning 2017.

Most cops are good. However in contrast to firefighters, paramedics, doctors and nurses whole sole job it is to HELP you, police officers can both HELP and PUNISH you.
