I literally know hundreds of cops. 99% are good people that really want to help their communities. I am happy we have them.
You mad bruh?
ACAB
Yet you're happily taking advantage of their services.
Compared to what other option?
Well, an anarchic society where everyone does as they please and faces no consequences for the crimes they commitāa society rife with murder, rape, theft, armed robbery, molestation, war, assault, kidnapping, and more. Or does that sound like a utopia you're all too eager and willing to live in?
You should be grateful to the police, even if some of their actions are questionable. These are the people who keep you safe and allow you the freedom to make derogatory comments like this. If you're too proud and entitled to show gratitude, then at the very least, stay quiet.
Yes, team punisher is very good at what they do in EVERY nation. I just donāt like that our police are so militarized that the US is a police state more than an actual government. Nobody else fears death by cop in Europe
Oh please... These are just insignificant issues blown out of proportion by the media. If you're a compliant, law-abiding citizen, the chances of encountering such problems are extremely slim. I understand why people complain about the police in the U. S. being "militarized," but often it's in response to force or resistance from the opposition. While there are instances of unjustified aggression by the police, these are rare and isolated. The media, however, tends to exaggerate these issues.
There is so much video evidence of them overreacting to situations that donāt require it. Literally 2 days ago there was a video posted of a man having a mental episode, writhing on his familyās lawn, hurting no one, just yelling, and they shot him as he lay there 6 times
As I said, these are rare and isolated incidents with specific circumstances surrounding them. In reality, the chances of being killed by the police in the U. S. are 0.0000034%.
Still higher than everywhere else
Iām not going to sit here and act like I donāt have the right to criticize a clearly flawed system.
There are worse places, so it's not any better than everywhere else. Calling someone a bastard isn't criticism; it's a derogatory insult. And you're certainly not criticizing any system.
To be honest, there's not much difference between you and the people you're calling out. There's little emotional regulation between you guys.
My criticism is valid whether you agree with it or not
Again, it's not criticism; it's an insult. I'm not the one disagreeing with it; it just doesn't fit the definition of criticism, which is "the construction of a judgment about the negative or positive qualities of someone or something." Calling someone a bastard isn't judgement; it's simply an insult.
I disagree
Sure. Disagree all you want, but the universal definition of criticism isn't going to change based on your personal feelings or perspective, especially not in this context
I donāt know if you realize it by this point or not, but I donāt care how upset you get about the way I feel
Mhmm, no. Iām not upset. Thereās no reason for me to be. Your feelings may be valid for you, but in reality, your statements couldnāt be further from the truth.
You really donāt think you would have started all of this if you werenāt insulted by me saying āACABā and having an emotional response to it? You think thatās rational?
Why would I be insulted by this? I mean, my demeanor has been relatively calm, donāt you think? Iām not a cop, nor do I have a friend or relative who is one. I just had to point out your hypocrisy. Everything Iāve stated so far has been based on facts and statisticsāI havenāt said anything rooted in personal opinions or feelings.
