Abrego Garcia is a legal American citizen that was wrongfully and illegally deported to a foreign prison and unfortunately the current administration hasn’t been too eager to bring him back. And I’ll say it again: He’s a LEGAL American citizen who also doesn’t have a criminal record.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia is not a US citizen. If you can’t get a basic fact like that right, nothing else you say can be trusted.
He is not only an illegal, any right he might be said to have to stay in the US is tied to his membership in MS-13, which has been designated a terror group (allegedly a member of another terror group threatened to kill him, which isn’t grounds for asylum, especially if you yourself are a member of a terror group).

He was ordered to be deported back in 2019 by an immigration judge he ruled he was a member of ms-13. only then was he coached to lie (as all fake asylum applicants are) after illegally being in the US for 7 years. His immigration status hasn’t changed, and he was ordered deported before that order was stayed.

From what I have heard from various sources, across the entire political spectrum, there is at least a question about whether he is a citizen or not. Some say he is, others say he has legal status but not a citizen. AG Pam Bondi says he is not a citizen. Who do we believe?

A police informant told police Abrego Garcia was an MS-13 member. Immigration judges denied Abrego Garcia bond, both initially and on appeal, citing the informant’s accusation.

In the initial denial, the judge said the determination of Abrego Garcia’s gang membership “appears to be trustworthy and is supported” by evidence from the Gang Field Interview Sheet which, in part, referenced the informant. Abrego Garcia’s lawyers have repeatedly said in court that the informant’s accusation was fabricated.

You do understand that the informants claims were never verified and that’s the only “evidence” that abrego was part of a gang. Also “clearly wrong” means that it can’t be proven the judge made a mistake, not that they didn’t. That’s not confirmation or justification for him to be sent to the same country that he had legal protection from 6 years later after he has been living, working and raising a family here in the US legally without causing any problems.
