Finally, a bit of sanity:

US District Judge James Boasberg ruled Wednesday that “probable cause exists” to hold Trump administration officials in criminal contempt for violating his orders in mid-March halting the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members.

The judge is still deciding punishment and the next steps he may take, and is giving the Justice Department an opportunity to respond.

Think of it like your surgeon did open heart surgery and saved your life, you would thank the surgeon’s expertise, medical field coming a long way to ensure you pull through, and to live at a time where there is a lot of advancements in science to keep you from dying as many in the past weren’t so lucky…. The supreme court ruled that district judges' powers are restricted to their jurisdiction. Boasberg has no legal standing in El Salvador. The rest of the illegal aliens were kept in Louisiana so he has no juristiction there.
