So, now the woke mob is tying up the courts about whether Trump was out of line when he ordered that birthright citizenship isn’t some participation trophy handed out to anyone who manages to pop out a baby on American soil.

And of course, they are in full panic mode. How dare anyone question the sacred 14th Amendment, even though the phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” has been debated by actual scholars (not TikTok girls) for decades.

Because they are mentally retarded. They don't understand that the Constitution is a compact (contract) between the States. States are sovereign powers that represent their Subjects, which we in America call Residents. People that are Subject to the jurisdiction of the States are Residents of the State they have residency in. If they are Illegal Aliens from other nations, then they are Subject to a Foreign Power. Thus the 14th Amendment does not apply to Illegal Aliens, it only applies to Legal Residents. People that are Subjects to Foreign Powers (i. e. citizens of other nations), are not Subjects of American States, this the Constitution and more specifically the 14th Amendment doesn't apply to them. But Democrats come from blue cities with very bad education systems, thus they are not able to read.

Birthright citizenship does have its issues, but if it's eliminated, what replaces it? What determines citizenship? When a person wants to legitimately get a US passport, for example, what documents will they need to submit? A birth certificate won't do it.
