Why are so many US citizens in such a hurry to give up their Constitution and Bill Of Rights?
Because the left wants it gone and the left is the one who have been raising all of these people. From preschool up to university/college the educational institutions are all run by leftists. Our movies are made by leftists, our "news" is presented by leftists. When your raised by people who hate the constitution, who hate the US, who hate every one who doesn't think exactly like them, you begin to function in the same capacity. Its only when these groups turn on you that you start to think for yourself and break out of the cult.
So that is why, they have been completely indoctrinated into the cult, that is why none of their belief structures hold any kind of internal consistency, why they are directly refuted by known facts, history, science and statistical data, yet despite all of this they believe they are right (having never once actually researched any of their beliefs). Its a cult and cultist routinely do things that are not in their or anyone elses best interest (except of course for their dear leaders who are the only ones who benefit).
Personally I’m stunned how fast we went from: “Voter ID is racist” to: “Requiring an ID and a matching Vaccine Passport to go to stores, restaurants, shops or find work is acceptable and the only way to resume normal life.”

Because they have been indoctrinated by the radical left. Have you noticed that virtually every teacher in the public school system are hardcore liberals? Is is the same at all state colleges as well. How did this happen? Not by accident! The democrat party started this scheme decades ago, in the 1980's. First they got their people in the administrations of these schools, and those administrators hired liberal teachers for all of the critical subjects that can be used to mold young impressionable minds. You might be able to find some conservative-leaning teachers that are football coaches, or teach shop class, but you won't find them teaching history, civics, or any critical thinking classes. Show me a teachers union that is not overwhelmingly liberal. You can't. Children begin being indoctrinated in kindergarten. Now we have this "Critical Race Theory", which is their boldest move yet. Notice that they waited until Biden was in office to really start this up all over the country. Liberals will rush to defend CRT, but if it is so harmless and good, then why are school districts refusing to tell parents what they are teaching their kids? One woman in Rhode Island took the school board to court to force them to reveal what is being taught to her 1st grade daughter. The school board fought this in court and spent over 150,000 in legal fees to keep this information from the mother. 🤯 This should convince any logical thinking person that this school has something really bad to hide. Imagine being a white parent and you have a first grader. The teacher tells little Jimmy that he is really racist, and probably does not know it. Jimmy is confused because many of his friends are black. The teacher tells him that does not matter, ALL nasty white people are racist, and that includes his parents. Jimmy's black friends speak up and say his is not racist. The teacher tells them they just don't see the racism in him. All white people are inherently racist. The teachers basically tell black kids to distrust white kids because they are all against them because they are black. There is more to it that that, they also teach a "revised" version of American history, to fit the liberal agenda. The democrats also now control nearly all of the media in the USA. Most of the t. v. networks that have news, CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, and even taxpayer-funded PBS, are very left-wing. They also own Politifact, a so-called "fact-checking" group that is actually used to validate liberal talking points. Whenever they get called out on inaccurate fact checks, the liberal media will never report that. In addition to all of that, they control the big tech companies, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Facebook and Twitter. They used them in the presidential election to silence any criticism of Biden and to amplify attacks on Trump. Before anyone says that is a crazy conspiracy theory, check out that Time Magazine cover story from February or march, on the subject. Everyone knows Time magazine is very liberal, so this is not something made up by Trump supporters... They not only admitted to using their social media and their internet monopoly to "manipulate public opinion" through careful control of information. They claimed they did this because they worried that Biden would lose and they did not want Trump to win. They called this "Fortifying Democracy". That term describes "Liberal Logic". Anyway, to answer your question, if a political party controls the education and the media, they can create the reality they want for their followers. This idea was borrowed from Hitler and he was able to control the thoughts and opinions of the German people using these methods. He made Socialism sound wonderful then, too. The people were even willing to sit back and allow their rights and freedoms to be taken away, one after another, until it was too late.

You are on the internet crowing about being heard. You are complaining about your government and no one is kicking in your door. You had four years of grift under a criminal enterprise run by a mob boss. Your countrymen voted him out and you and your traitor conspirators tried to force it illegally steal it back.
Nope. First off gun violence is really rare, violence in general is really rare in the US in fact (unless you want to include all the leftist who rioted and burned cities to the ground I mean). Also statistically not only are guns rarely used for violence (17,000 murders a year in a nation of 328 million people, almost all of which are done with handguns and almost all of which are black on black (due to rampant fatherlessness which the left fully endorses)), over 2 million crimes are stopped PER YEAR by armed citizens. Out of those only about 200 or so resulted in a death of the criminal, so not only do they stop crimes, they actually stop crimes in a fairly non violent matter i. e. they are great deterents.
In addition your argument is absurd. I mean lets make guns illegal, fine. But if you want murders to stop why don't you just make murders illegal instead, problem solved right? Oh. . .
Its a stupid argument. They want to remove peoples right to bodily autonomy, that is very true. Ironic considering they claim that abortion, a woman killing her own child which is biologically distinct from her, is her right but a person saying they don't want the vaccine because it has side affects or hasn't gone through all the safety measures other vaccines have gone through, that is where the left draws the line. Also if what you are saying is true, then you should be thrilled because only republicans would die, after all the vaccine works and thus you are immune so it has no impact on you (unless your suggesting that vaccines don't work, which would be very antiscience of you).
Also can you really call it a pandemic when our over all death toll is almost identical to all the previous years i. e. the amount of people who die a year didn't change really? Can you really call it a pandemic when almost all demographics except for those over seventy with three or more preexisting conditions, have a 99.93% survival rate? Can you really call it a pandemic when even the CDC has come out and admitted two thirds of the claimed dead didn't really die from covid but comorbidities (i. e. they died of other things, they just happened to have covid at the same time)? Seems a bit hyperbolic.
Oof. There is just way too much falsehoods to unpack here so I’m only going to focus on the first two since the others are a little more nuanced.
There are multiple ways to stop school or mass shootings in general, but none of these options have ever been entertained. Only more restrictions which fail to make any noticeable changes and only encourages more restrictions. Columbine happened during the only “assault weapons” ever passed in America and that was long before 3D printers. Stop attacking peoples rights and focus on saving lives and maybe there can be bipartisan support for something that actually saves lives.
Polio and smallpox are to Covid-19 as a semi truck is to a Nissan Leaf. The Covid-19 vaccine is non-sterilizing, meaning vaccinated can become infected and shed the virus to vaccinated or non-vaccinated alike. Any further mutations are more and more likely to occur in vaccinated individuals. Mandating experimental vaccines, especially of this nature is flat out authoritarianism and wicked. It will let end well. It will not save lives and it will absolutely destroy this country. Finally, stop watching CNN and MSNBC. The sub groups most likely to not be vaccinated are not “Republicans”, they are Black people and people with higher education, notably PhD’s.
I'll focus on on part of this, since there's just too much to unpack in a single discussion...
Taxes.
You know that the left wants to raise taxes, we all know that.
But... only on the rich. We're not talking about "rich" middle class people driving their Mercedes cars and living in McMansions.. we're talking about the 200+ corporations who have paid no taxes in years. We're talking about people who almost literally live on top of mountains of money. Bezos, Gates, the uber-wealthy who pay almost nothing compared to their wealth because of tax breaks and loopholes built into tax codes to protect them.
In the "good ol days" that so many of you seem to want to go back to, the top wealthy people and corporations were taxed at 91%. This is historical fact.
The reasons for this were plenty, but boiled down to the amount of resources like highways and infrastructure that all of our ancestors built that enabled these super-rich to build and expand their empires.
Now that they have, they don't want to give back anything to the system that allowed them to become so successful. It's BS, and 90% of the population gets screwed on the deal.
Tax the goddam rich already. Why does the middle class have to pay for EVERYTHING?
You can't tax a corporation. A corporation is a peice of paper in a filling cabinet. When you "tax" a corporation what you are realy doing is making goods and services cost more. So in essence your taxing everyone. Rich poor and middle class.
@captain_voidwalker without business taxes, we wouldn't have an economy worth hot garbage. In the same fashion that the bottom half carries the burden of personal taxes, so does the small and medium sized business carry the burden of business taxes.
Our military alone spends over $1T annually, where do you think that money comes from? Why do you think our infrastructure is crumbling? Taxing the smaller and not the larger people/companies is what led to this.
Your not just wrong your 180 degrees from right. Less taxes means more money for the individual. Less business taxes means more money to make better and newer products. It also means more businesses which increases competition which both lowers costs and increases wages. And whilst I will concede that some level of taxation is needed for infrastructure such as roads and pipes, such things can be afforded with far lower taxes than what we have now

Letting the wealthy walk all over the un-wealthy was exactly what this "colony" of the USA declared our independence from England over. Do you know the history of how England treated colonists? It's so f#%^*g stupid how some people think. I just don't understand. First of all making guns illegal will in no way stop people from shooting people. If you can commit murder I don't really think your worried about an illegal firearm charge. Drugs are illegal and millions do them daily. The one thing that stricter gun laws will do is prevent law abiding people from protecting themselves from the people who aren't worried about the laws. I personally am a felon and can't legally own a firearm but these people are so unable to see the bigger picture. Ben Franklin once said and this is not word for word but means the same "Those who will give liberty/freedom for temporary security, deserve neither" it's truly that simple.

Also, bombings and acid attacks would increase because of course bad people will find a way to do bad things and the only thing that banning guns does is take guns out of the hands of those who wish to obey the law and use them to protect themselves and their families. Like I said before, if your so convinced laws work just ban murder and the problem will be solved.

Because we passed the point of no return in 1962... when Prayer and Bible Study and Scripture Reading were taken out of the Public Schools. Our morality has continued on a downward trajectory ever since. And the USA citizenry has allowed it to happen.

Have you read it? I'm just going to answer for you, no, no you have not. "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed". That is a pretty straightforward amendment. Not only do I complain about the multiple violations of our rights and constitution (all of which are illegal), I have read the constitution, in fact I have a copy of the constitution and the amendments hanging in my room as a constant reminder of them. You clearly have no idea what is going on in this world if you think that pointing out these violations makes some one oblivious to the constitution.
I don't care if you think that we shouldn't have rights, I do care that your lying about it. Own what you are, if you think that the people serve the government and are beholden to the government then say that, don't try to rationalize your authoritarianism and try to spin it as if expecting to be treated like human beings by our government is some how a sign of stupidity or inferiority.
The issue I have with people like you is all you care about are your damn guns. If you actually cared about the constitution you would talk about the other issues. Free speech, separation of church and state, discrimination, death by police before trial, excessive bail, fines, cruel punishment.
