Let's face it Democrats, the voters are on to you and all you can do is repeat the same old worn out TDS fake news over and over again. You're not fooling anybody anymore. I think that Democrats have to change their message. the crap that they are advocating is alienating most ordinary voters. They cannot do much before the midterm elections except hope that Donald Trump steps in dog crap enough times. If he doesn't, they will lose. rumors are circulating that president Trump is going to recruit the DOGE Posse and Grok AI to find certain proof that the 2020 election was stolen. And while they are at it they are going to look at 2018 2022 as well.

the Democrats need to dump AOC from any possibility of running for president. They need to pick a left of center candidate to run in 2028 or they will lose badly to JD Vance. Right now voters are equating the Democrat Party with advocating evil. They need to change their image And they need to start now even before the midterm elections

I think that's a great analysis.

The one thing I'm not sure of though is that finding a left of center candidate is going to cut it. I think the Democrat electorate itself has moved much farther to the left than it used to be. That's why candidates like AOC have been able to achieve such prominence in the party.

Bottom line is that I think the Democrats may be in even more trouble than they can get out of just by trying to move back towards the center. I think they will lose a substantial portion of their supporters who would probably just sit it out.

On the other hand, Trump was flagging early on and there was some support for DeSantis. Had DNC groomed a stoic Truman-style center-left candidate that obsessed on The Workingman and re-industrialation before Trump commandeered it, they might have had a chance. They'd have had to check a box. I would have picked (not original here) Jeh Johnson. Black, smart and articulate. He would have to walk Trump in the debates. Newsflash. My father was born a democrat and voted Ike, JFK (he hated Nixon) and GHW Bush.

Trump has accomplished so much in his first 3 months. He has taken on the entire democrat party, foreign countries, big tech and foreign oligarchs and is winning.
He will keep more campaign promises tht any other president in history by a huge margin.
Having him in the White House is the first time i ever felt like I had real representation in Washington.

I feel the same way. I believe from the beginning that he is the only one in Washington who is not corrupt. And the proof of that is that he is the only one that the rest of the politicians accuse of being corrupt.
