I don’t believe it is racially motivated, I do know it is going to fall flat of its goals.

If you can’t make the cost of living cheaper like inflation, broken housing market, and all then raise the minimum wage to meet the new cost of living so that people can afford children their toys, games, clothing, house, transportation for whole family, doctor visits, dental, etc.

If you can’t make the healthcare system less monopolized then you can at least decrease the price / burden of the hospital bills & medical expenses especially pharmaceutical drugs.

If you can’t make insurance companies pay the customer what they owe, then make it so the healthcare system isn’t so messed up in the first place.

These aren’t going to change therefore less people will have kids because of the financial burden.
